Honestly an idea I read in a comment section suggested the idea of Harry and Marv having long gone straight meet up with Kevin to both apologize and bury the hatchet only for the house they are in to be broken in and now all three of them have to work together to save themselves. And frankly, I like the idea of the three of them working together, with Harry and Marv getting to make some traps instead of being subjected to them.

It speaks volumes that the best part of the sixth movie was Buzz's cameo, and the mention of Kevin's prank phone calls. I wish that we'd had gotten that movie instead!

This would be a good idea to show us that a part of Kevin is stuck in the past and his two enemies are changed men. Time can help change. To see how the boy we rooted for, sadly fell on hard times, which does happen and the two burglars that had a bad history, changed their ways with the time and became better people. Yes, the past was bad but when they reconnect with someone from the past and finally bury the hatchet, it's something that's needed to move on.
This is quite a brilliant take on a third film that we never got. The ‘Alone’ in ‘Home Alone’ carries multiple meanings - Peter being alone while Kevin bails out Buzz and works, Buzz presumably drinking alone, Marv alone trying to break out of Kevin’s house, but most important of all - Kevin and Peter feeling alone after their wife/mom abandons them. The ending would be emotionally powerful with Kevin and his mom embracing in the same home Kevin has felt alone, with a reversal of the first film by having all of the family members delighted to see Kevin in a full house.
When Kevin and Harry make amends. This is honestly how the interaction plays in my head. Officer: Com’on McCallister, we’re heading to the station. Harry: Hold up there chief, I’m not pressing any charges. Kevin & Officer: You’re not?!?! Harry: Listen, this is all on me. Kevin, and I, haven’t always been on the best of terms. Kevin: That’s putting it mildly. Harry: (sighs) I know. Look. Kevin, I know what I did to you back when you were a kid was wrong. It was… terrible even. Trying to rob you, trying to kill you, trying to do all kids of bad stuff to a little boy. I, I have no excuse. I don’t expect you to forgive me, I just want you to hear this. I’m a difficult man, but, I’m man enough to say I’m sorry. I’m sorry for everything. Kevin: I… I… Harry: You know, it’s funny. I always hated Christmas. Before and especially after I met you. But after I married my wife, I learned it wasn’t about no tinker toys or big pay days. But being with your loved ones. Like your son. You spent Christmas’s alone, and so did I. My old man never cared if I was home alone, let alone on Christmas. Kevin: I’m sorry to hear that. Harry: Well it’s all in the past. Like all the wrongs I’ve done myself. Kevin: To be honest, I’ve done my fair share of wrongs to. I’ve met the wrong people, driven away the right people, and held on to the wrong memories. Like tonight. But, now. For tonight, I’m ready to let go of the past. For this Christmas, and all the ones to come. Harry, I’m sorry for all the traps, and tonight. And I forgive you. Harry: And I forgive you. The two shake hands and then in the spirit of Christmas, embrace in a small hug.
"And I forgive you" Harry doesn't even know what happened to Marv yet. I get your going for the heartwarming ending, I just feel like knowing something about what happened to Marv would need to come first. Even just a line about him just being in the basement where there are a bunch of traps. Also, it isn't Harry's place to forgive Kevin for kidnapping Marv and decide not to press charges. What about Marv?
@@crocoshark4097 they bring Marv right up after this. I get the since the cops would ask more then Harry. Also, I'd imagine Marv would talk with Harry after and slowly start to see reason.... Or maybe he would pay for Kevin to go to therapy or something? That's what I'd go for anyway
I really like this. I love the idea of Kevin having a son of his own he needs to reconnect with and relearn the spirit of the holiday with. And all the references and characters thrown in from the first two movies are great. However, I'm still a little iffy one the whole "Kevin kidnapping Marv unprovoked" part. Yeah, it provides a means for the boobytrap gags, but Even after everything the Wet Bandits did, I can't see an adult, mature Kevin kidnapping one for no reason. Maybe if he had some consequences, but not if the cops are just going to let him go because Harry said so. Other than that though, I would love to see this get made.
I love FanScription and happy Walter is making more episodes, but it’s not the same without Rob, Doug, Tamra, Malcom, Jim etc. providing their voice overs.
This is a great concept!! Kevin really going through the troubles and tribulations of adulthood is something so many people can relate to As well as struggling to let go of the past

You know I feel like there are some parallels between Kevin as grown up in this concept idea and Daniel LaRusso as a grown up in Cobra Kai Both struggle with letting go of the past when it comes to their old enemies Kevin struggles to accept Marv and Harry being free and Daniel struggles to accept Cobra Kai being back under Johnny then John Kreese and then Terry Silver
I loved everything about this, the idea of Kevin growing up and struggling to tribulate into adulthood. Struggling to take care of his kid and let go of the past. He has fallen on hard times and lose his Christmas spirit. The bandits that terrorized him as a kid have grown into different men and he's still stuck in the past.
Absolutely loved this. The only thing that could be changed though - since it's canon - is that Buzz is now a sheriff, and instead of him having trouble with the law, you could easily see him as chasing Kevin around instead and having a somewhat better relationship. Anyway, I really enjoyed this and had fun listening to it :)
I agree. Maybe Buzz feels genuine guilt over how he treated Kevin when they were younger. Maybe he tries offering Kevin job recommendations once in a while but Kevin because he doesn't trust Buzz just snubs him.
The problem is that the slapstick worked so well in 1 and 2 because Harry and Marv truly deserved everything that was coming to them. Torturing Marv doesn’t really have the same impact because he didn’t deserve it this time around. Honestly, it’s kinda the same mistake “Home Sweet Home Alone” made. Watching nice, good people going through hell isn’t funny.
Fantastic Fanscription. It was an interesting reversal to see Kevin struggling with the trials of adulthood and ending up running from the law. And it was heartwarming to see Harry and Marv (Harry especially) evolve as characters and change for the better. The scene where Harry both apologizes to and forgives Kevin was especially touching. All that was missing from this was a cameo from Tim Curry; I think I have a suggestion for how that might work. This happens in the scene you have with Peter exploring Chicago and running into scary people. He’d be running away from someone; we eventually see him hide behind a corner and stop to catch his breath. After a couple of seconds we hear a voice. “Hey kid!” Peter gasps and turns, his eyes widening in shock. Cut to an old man in a wheelchair, sitting next to a stand with balloons. The old man leers at Peter (not intentionally, this is Peter’s imagination making the old man look scarier than he really is) and asks “Wouldja like a balloon?” Peter cries out in alarm and runs away. Cut back to the old man who stares at Peter running; he says “I guess not.”
As a kid I loved the idea of being Home Alone. As an Adult? I love when I am Home Alone and my wife is away so I watch horror movies and drink too much Vodka. Kevin can join me if he wishes. 🤣
I like that you called his son Peter. I think that when Peter grows up he has a son called Kevin who is actually the Kevin from home alone 4. Kevin's (4) mother Kate is the daughter of Alex from the 3rd film. The 4th film is set in the future. Prescott is a decendent of old man Marley. Marv (4) is a decendent of Marv (1 & 2). Vera is a decendent of one of the villains from the 3rd film.
This Home Alone Fan Made Sequel makes it look kind of like a Dark Scary Movie where Kevin has become the Monster that he sees Harry & Marv as when he was kid years ago, and now it's the other way around, where Kevin has become the Scary Christmas Villain/Anti-Hero.
That was really sweet! The ending as just SO perfect. For a joke, I’ve always liked the idea that Marv and Harry got rich or made a living at least, off of survival skill classes like for Boy Scouts! Like they are the instructors, and teach the most outlandish survival skills, such as how to avoid falling objects, hot doorknobs, guns, ice, etc. so in a way, they thank Kelvin for where they are at now cause..he taught them a thing or two of how to survive at the very least. 😂
Let's tackle the elephant in the room - the major hiccup with this concept that quite a few folks in the comments have pointed out, and rightfully so. The issue is hard to miss, and it's high time we shine a spotlight on it. The crux of the problem in this latest Home Alone sequel is Marv getting kidnapped. It doesn't sit right with most, particularly considering Marv's been on the straight and narrow for 25 years with no provocation. Now, it feels like Kevin is doing more than just keeping an eye on them - he's inching into the bad guy territory. It's a plot twist that leaves us scratching our heads. Another snag is how swiftly the whole kidnapping-Marv scenario gets wrapped up. I mean, at this point, Marv's been knocked out and practically roughed up in Kevin's home while trying to make a quick exit. We're not going for a dark comedy vibe like "American Psycho" here; it's meant to be a family film, after all. Plus, it doesn't quite add up that Harry would be the one calling the shots on pressing charges. It should be Marv's call - he's the one who got kidnapped! The way things are shaping up, it looks like this movie might just end with Kevin behind bars.
I'm telling you, the build up to the outrage was palpable awesome, and the thought of Kevin going through the city looking for his son. That's the sweet spot. Great take on home alone! Thank you. Merry Christmas 🎄
This was a rather good fanscription. One idea that crossed my mind though was that there was someone who was trying to get at Kevin (or somehow got him in jail) and he suspected it to be Harry and Marv, but it turns out it was someone else. Maybe someone the bandits was teaching before they turned over a new leaf and we end up having the final scene to where Kevin, Harry, and Marv are trying to beat this new bandit.
I liked what you did with this one. It actually does look like it could work as a Home Alone sequel. If I would, I would have added something like kevin's wife coming back as a surprise in the end and the two of them reconciling, but for what we got, it was incredible. This was so good. And it’s something I can see happening in a Home Alone movie with an adult Kevin McCallister. In Lost in New York, it kind of makes sense that Kevin wasn’t really that affected with the events of the first movie because he was a kid so once Harry and Marv were taken away, the events kind of went over his head. But when he’s an adult, he has a better understanding of what happened so it would take an affect on him. And with all the bad things that had been happening to him recently like the death of his father, his wife leaving him and his son and losing his job, seeing his enemies out of prison would of course make him paranoid and turn him a little crazy. But it also shows that that’s what can happen to anyone who holds on to the wrong memories and if we want to make a better future for us and our loved ones, we need to let go of the past. Honestly if there’s even a slight chance that we can get a third Home Alone movie starring a now adult Macaulay Culkin, I think this would be the perfect movie to have. It’ll work so well and it could even turn into a classic in the future.
I enjoyed this fanscription my only critique would be that Kevin having lost his job and being involved in the family secret santa while still broke are some plot hooks left hanging. Perhaps as part of the second chance Harry gives Kevin, after rescuing Marv from Kevin's house, Harry mentions that he may need a new security system considering how easily Marv was kidnapped, wondering if Kevin has any suggestions, considering his expertise. This hints that he plans to help Kevin turn his life around, strangely and perhaps ironically becoming the helpful elder figure at this last moment of the story. This would be similar to old man Marley and the pigeon lady in the previous films, figures who frightened Kevin early in the films and who seemed mildly antagonistic throughout, only to be revealed as misunderstood and in the end helping Kevin by the end. Harry can even be shown throughout the film as seemingly stalking Kevin during the chase through the city, with Kevin thinking he is gunning for him or suomething. Just some other ideas.
If you guys ever do another home alone vid heres a hybrid idea: What if Home Alone 2 was about Kevin and his fathers relationship (we already had one with his mother) and what if it was all set in the plaza with Hary and Marv being hired by Tim Curry (we get a new emotional center for the series, contiuning the ideas of the first movie, and give Tim Curry more to do, while not nessicarly getting rid of Stern and Pesci.).
Here’s some suggestions for the next episode of Fanscription… What If The Little Mermaid was a Siren? Part 2 What If Lola Bunny (Kristen Wiig) was in Back in Action? What If Cinderella was transformed into a mouse, during A Twist in Time?
I do like that we never see the wife's face. Would've personally like to have seen it when Kevin looks at the photo, but it was a nice touch. Also, this is now going to be a tradition for me to always watch this after the first two home alones.
I mean she doesn’t show up in the film and it’s more of her lack of presence that’s affecting the plot, so there’s no need for them to be dead set on a design
I think a Home Alone movie could work with Culkin, if his real wife, Brenda Song, could B in there too, & the villains could B the couple across the street, Harry & Marv's respective daughters, & yes, the guys would play an active role as well. Buzz could still B a cop, get some good lines, some heroics working with his brother, & leads to the Wet Bandits getting redeemed.

New episode idea: *_What if Newt, Hicks and Bishop were ACTUALLY IN Alien 3?_* Yeah, what if, uh… what if Alien 3 *_DIDN’T_* destroy itself in the first few minutes by unceremoniously killing off Ripley’s fellow survivors in the opening credits? How much would the film’s plot have changed if Newt, Hicks and Bishop were actually part of the story? Would at least one of them have survived, or would they have just died anyway? How would they have continued to develop and how would their presence in the plot have affected Ripley’s character arc?
This fan script would make for a great Home Alone film. Hopefully it gets picked up by a director and gets made the right way and not screw it up like all the others did. This script has so much potential to be an amazing movie 🎥 😊
Finished it. I do like it. It's nice all around. I question if there's enough depth in the middle. Something needs more development. The ending is good but feels a bit weak to me. Maybe more Joe Pesci scenes as he figures it out? How did they know to go for the Christmas Tree? The mom seems like a loose end. I don't think she should get back with the family but I do think there should be a second storyline involving her. Maybe something like her living the high life (using their family savings) and then having a terrible accident like slipping on some ice or something. Then a cameo in bandages at the hospital maybe. Kevin and son are better off without her. But it's real solid. I like all of the reversals except Kevin entering a church and using that to decide to do a crime. That doesn't track too well with me. It should happen outside the police station instead. The church scene should happen when he's looking for his son. Someone there can remind him to be good. The turtledoves come out of nowhere. Maybe he can get them at the church. That's a nice payoff from movie 2 but it needs to be setup for a better emotional punch. I think these adjustments would strengthen the core of this movie. Also, Harry shouldn't just not press charges and apologize. Kevin and son are destitute. Harry should offer some kind of help to Kevin. I'm thinking of a job offer. Maybe Harry's wife's money comes from a chain of Toy Stores and he wants Kevin to work in R&D. ;D The credits can roll interspersed with photos of a new line of toys and the cast engaged in work at the Toy Store.
I’ve never really watched the other home alone movies. I’ve always loved the 1st two when I was a kid. But this was a great fan way to express the continuation of Kevin’s story that I believe would replace home alone 4. I loved the way the story played out to where Kevin meets the wet bandits again after 25 years and believes they are up to no good again. But in the end, it looks like the moral of that story is about making amens with your enemies. Especially when Christmas is all about the birth of our lord and savior. You did an amazing job with this scription that I would totally watch this if it was a real movie. Keep being awesome! 👍
I'm not sure this script would make for a good enough Home Alone movie, but I like to imagine that the two thieves from the first movies could quit their criminal lives and become better people, even owing it to Kevin to the point they forgive him for all the troubles he caused to them instead of desiring revenge.
I love it, heck the other comments, I've read that mention the interaction of harry & Kevin, made me envision the scene & it made me think that it's definitely worth seeing on the big screen, I would say, maybe even included the reveal of Kevin's wife, overall, this fanscription for a 2 hour long film, is perfect conclusion to the franchise, as a whole, #makethishomealonemoviehappen

I love that makulkin ends up helping with the videos about him, he's so fucking hilarious. Very self aware of parodying himself as a "failed" child actor. Beautiful.
This is a really good idea and I greatly enjoyed it. I feel like I actually watched this and it is a thing now. lol. The only thing I would add that I think would be well deserved if if Harry found a way to give Kevin a bunch of money at the end. Since he's now rich, and Kevin is really down on his luck financially, I think that would be a great way to "pay-back" for the past and help Kevin out now. :)
It's really interesting to see the Mother not die, but instead just ditch her family for no apparent reason. I'm glad you guys decided to take that take.
This is truly amazing ! It seems far too detailed to be fiction !! I loved every minute of it. But I think the only thing I would add is that Kevin's absent wife turns out to be Harry's daughter !
This was extremely good, I had idea similar idea but with Kevin teaming up with The British Kid from Home Sweet Home Alone, but I would call it Home Alone Return Of The Sticky Bandits.
I actually have plaid with this idea. A story where Kevin is grown up, a father, gives his kid too much attention too much love but he also teaches his kid how to trap and fight and then one day people break in to the house and father and child have to team up but also his child is more competent I disagree with people who say he's a killer. and over all consider your kidnapping plan too dark. but the part about Harry having a kid is fun. Maybe a friend for Kevin's child
❤it, this scenario is a fitting Christmas bow for what might have been a decent return to form for Home Alone, especially if you had the light motif of the “ Main Title theme”with its mischievous sound play in the end credits.
Speaking of Home Alone 6, I thought it would be interesting if Kevin owned that company (as Buzz implied) and Harry and Marv, having gone straight, helped test out the security systems.
You just made my entire holiday season! Somebody somewhere should really consider turning this into an actual Home Alone sequel.. Those other ones don't deserve to carry the Home Alone meme
I Mean we definitely missed out on including the staff hotel members with Tim Curry into the story. However, it could’ve been a lot tricky to where they would be. Maybe about having them teaming up in a certain way, or someting for HMA 2 scription, but would never be occurred cause it needs to be a really great tie in to the story told here. It left on a really pretty good note.

But being with your loved ones. Like your son. You spent Christmas’s alone, and so did I. My old man never cared if I was home alone, let alone on Christmas.
Kevin: I’m sorry to hear that.
Harry: Well it’s all in the past. Like all the wrongs I’ve done myself.
Kevin: To be honest, I’ve done my fair share of wrongs to. I’ve met the wrong people, driven away the right people, and held on to the wrong memories. Like tonight. But, now. For tonight, I’m ready to let go of the past. For this Christmas, and all the ones to come. Harry, I’m sorry for all the traps, and tonight. And I forgive you.
Harry: And I forgive you.
The two shake hands and then in the spirit of Christmas, embrace in a small hug.

Harry doesn't even know what happened to Marv yet. I get your going for the heartwarming ending, I just feel like knowing something about what happened to Marv would need to come first. Even just a line about him just being in the basement where there are a bunch of traps.
Also, it isn't Harry's place to forgive Kevin for kidnapping Marv and decide not to press charges. What about Marv?

I really like this. I love the idea of Kevin having a son of his own he needs to reconnect with and relearn the spirit of the holiday with. And all the references and characters thrown in from the first two movies are great.
However, I'm still a little iffy one the whole "Kevin kidnapping Marv unprovoked" part. Yeah, it provides a means for the boobytrap gags, but Even after everything the Wet Bandits did, I can't see an adult, mature Kevin kidnapping one for no reason. Maybe if he had some consequences, but not if the cops are just going to let him go because Harry said so. Other than that though, I would love to see this get made.

I loved everything about this, the idea of Kevin growing up and struggling to tribulate into adulthood. Struggling to take care of his kid and let go of the past.
He has fallen on hard times and lose his Christmas spirit. The bandits that terrorized him as a kid have grown into different men and he's still stuck in the past.

The only thing that could be changed though - since it's canon - is that Buzz is now a sheriff, and instead of him having trouble with the law, you could easily see him as chasing Kevin around instead and having a somewhat better relationship. Anyway, I really enjoyed this and had fun listening to it :)
I agree. Maybe Buzz feels genuine guilt over how he treated Kevin when they were younger. Maybe he tries offering Kevin job recommendations once in a while but Kevin because he doesn't trust Buzz just snubs him.

The problem is that the slapstick worked so well in 1 and 2 because Harry and Marv truly deserved everything that was coming to them.
Torturing Marv doesn’t really have the same impact because he didn’t deserve it this time around. Honestly, it’s kinda the same mistake “Home Sweet Home Alone” made. Watching nice, good people going through hell isn’t funny.

Fantastic Fanscription. It was an interesting reversal to see Kevin struggling with the trials of adulthood and ending up running from the law. And it was heartwarming to see Harry and Marv (Harry especially) evolve as characters and change for the better. The scene where Harry both apologizes to and forgives Kevin was especially touching. All that was missing from this was a cameo from Tim Curry; I think I have a suggestion for how that might work.
This happens in the scene you have with Peter exploring Chicago and running into scary people. He’d be running away from someone; we eventually see him hide behind a corner and stop to catch his breath. After a couple of seconds we hear a voice.
“Hey kid!”
Peter gasps and turns, his eyes widening in shock.
Cut to an old man in a wheelchair, sitting next to a stand with balloons. The old man leers at Peter (not intentionally, this is Peter’s imagination making the old man look scarier than he really is) and asks
“Wouldja like a balloon?”
Peter cries out in alarm and runs away. Cut back to the old man who stares at Peter running; he says “I guess not.”
Is the old man with the balloon is a cameo role by Bill Skarsgård?

I like that you called his son Peter. I think that when Peter grows up he has a son called Kevin who is actually the Kevin from home alone 4. Kevin's (4) mother Kate is the daughter of Alex from the 3rd film.
The 4th film is set in the future.
Prescott is a decendent of old man Marley.
Marv (4) is a decendent of Marv (1 & 2).
Vera is a decendent of one of the villains from the 3rd film.
This Home Alone Fan Made Sequel makes it look kind of like a Dark Scary Movie where Kevin has become the Monster that he sees Harry & Marv as when he was kid years ago, and now it's the other way around, where Kevin has become the Scary Christmas Villain/Anti-Hero.
That was really sweet! The ending as just SO perfect.
For a joke, I’ve always liked the idea that Marv and Harry got rich or made a living at least, off of survival skill classes like for Boy Scouts! Like they are the instructors, and teach the most outlandish survival skills, such as how to avoid falling objects, hot doorknobs, guns, ice, etc. so in a way, they thank Kelvin for where they are at now cause..he taught them a thing or two of how to survive at the very least. 😂
Let's tackle the elephant in the room - the major hiccup with this concept that quite a few folks in the comments have pointed out, and rightfully so. The issue is hard to miss, and it's high time we shine a spotlight on it. The crux of the problem in this latest Home Alone sequel is Marv getting kidnapped. It doesn't sit right with most, particularly considering Marv's been on the straight and narrow for 25 years with no provocation.
Now, it feels like Kevin is doing more than just keeping an eye on them - he's inching into the bad guy territory. It's a plot twist that leaves us scratching our heads. Another snag is how swiftly the whole kidnapping-Marv scenario gets wrapped up. I mean, at this point, Marv's been knocked out and practically roughed up in Kevin's home while trying to make a quick exit. We're not going for a dark comedy vibe like "American Psycho" here; it's meant to be a family film, after all.
Plus, it doesn't quite add up that Harry would be the one calling the shots on pressing charges. It should be Marv's call - he's the one who got kidnapped! The way things are shaping up, it looks like this movie might just end with Kevin behind bars.
In the end credits scene we would see Brenda song as Kevin’s wife saying merry Christmas Kevin and hugs him and there son
I'm telling you, the build up to the outrage was palpable awesome, and the thought of Kevin going through the city looking for his son. That's the sweet spot. Great take on home alone! Thank you. Merry Christmas 🎄
This was a rather good fanscription. One idea that crossed my mind though was that there was someone who was trying to get at Kevin (or somehow got him in jail) and he suspected it to be Harry and Marv, but it turns out it was someone else. Maybe someone the bandits was teaching before they turned over a new leaf and we end up having the final scene to where Kevin, Harry, and Marv are trying to beat this new bandit.
I love how Kevin essentially becomes Old Man Marley in this version, or at least heads in that direction for a bit 😂

I liked what you did with this one. It actually does look like it could work as a Home Alone sequel. If I would, I would have added something like kevin's wife coming back as a surprise in the end and the two of them reconciling, but for what we got, it was incredible. This was so good. And it’s something I can see happening in a Home Alone movie with an adult Kevin McCallister. In Lost in New York, it kind of makes sense that Kevin wasn’t really that affected with the events of the first movie because he was a kid so once Harry and Marv were taken away, the events kind of went over his head. But when he’s an adult, he has a better understanding of what happened so it would take an affect on him. And with all the bad things that had been happening to him recently like the death of his father, his wife leaving him and his son and losing his job, seeing his enemies out of prison would of course make him paranoid and turn him a little crazy. But it also shows that that’s what can happen to anyone who holds on to the wrong memories and if we want to make a better future for us and our loved ones, we need to let go of the past.
Honestly if there’s even a slight chance that we can get a third Home Alone movie starring a now adult Macaulay Culkin, I think this would be the perfect movie to have. It’ll work so well and it could even turn into a classic in the future.
I enjoyed this fanscription my only critique would be that Kevin having lost his job and being involved in the family secret santa while still broke are some plot hooks left hanging. Perhaps as part of the second chance Harry gives Kevin, after rescuing Marv from Kevin's house, Harry mentions that he may need a new security system considering how easily Marv was kidnapped, wondering if Kevin has any suggestions, considering his expertise. This hints that he plans to help Kevin turn his life around, strangely and perhaps ironically becoming the helpful elder figure at this last moment of the story. This would be similar to old man Marley and the pigeon lady in the previous films, figures who frightened Kevin early in the films and who seemed mildly antagonistic throughout, only to be revealed as misunderstood and in the end helping Kevin by the end. Harry can even be shown throughout the film as seemingly stalking Kevin during the chase through the city, with Kevin thinking he is gunning for him or suomething. Just some other ideas.
If you guys ever do another home alone vid heres a hybrid idea:
What if Home Alone 2 was about Kevin and his fathers relationship (we already had one with his mother) and what if it was all set in the plaza with Hary and Marv being hired by Tim Curry (we get a new emotional center for the series, contiuning the ideas of the first movie, and give Tim Curry more to do, while not nessicarly getting rid of Stern and Pesci.).

I mean she doesn’t show up in the film and it’s more of her lack of presence that’s affecting the plot, so there’s no need for them to be dead set on a design

I think a Home Alone movie could work with Culkin, if his real wife, Brenda Song, could B in there too, & the villains could B the couple across the street, Harry & Marv's respective daughters, & yes, the guys would play an active role as well. Buzz could still B a cop, get some good lines, some heroics working with his brother, & leads to the Wet Bandits getting redeemed.

How much would the film’s plot have changed if Newt, Hicks and Bishop were actually part of the story? Would at least one of them have survived, or would they have just died anyway? How would they have continued to develop and how would their presence in the plot have affected Ripley’s character arc?

This wouldn't just be a great Home Alone movie, it'd be a great movie about family coming first.
This fan script would make for a great Home Alone film. Hopefully it gets picked up by a director and gets made the right way and not screw it up like all the others did. This script has so much potential to be an amazing movie 🎥 😊
At only 6:50 I'm in. A Kevin and Buzz crime duo is brilliant!
Finished it. I do like it. It's nice all around. I question if there's enough depth in the middle. Something needs more development. The ending is good but feels a bit weak to me. Maybe more Joe Pesci scenes as he figures it out? How did they know to go for the Christmas Tree? The mom seems like a loose end. I don't think she should get back with the family but I do think there should be a second storyline involving her. Maybe something like her living the high life (using their family savings) and then having a terrible accident like slipping on some ice or something. Then a cameo in bandages at the hospital maybe. Kevin and son are better off without her. But it's real solid. I like all of the reversals except Kevin entering a church and using that to decide to do a crime. That doesn't track too well with me. It should happen outside the police station instead. The church scene should happen when he's looking for his son. Someone there can remind him to be good. The turtledoves come out of nowhere. Maybe he can get them at the church. That's a nice payoff from movie 2 but it needs to be setup for a better emotional punch. I think these adjustments would strengthen the core of this movie. Also, Harry shouldn't just not press charges and apologize. Kevin and son are destitute. Harry should offer some kind of help to Kevin. I'm thinking of a job offer. Maybe Harry's wife's money comes from a chain of Toy Stores and he wants Kevin to work in R&D. ;D The credits can roll interspersed with photos of a new line of toys and the cast engaged in work at the Toy Store.
I’ve never really watched the other home alone movies. I’ve always loved the 1st two when I was a kid. But this was a great fan way to express the continuation of Kevin’s story that I believe would replace home alone 4. I loved the way the story played out to where Kevin meets the wet bandits again after 25 years and believes they are up to no good again. But in the end, it looks like the moral of that story is about making amens with your enemies. Especially when Christmas is all about the birth of our lord and savior. You did an amazing job with this scription that I would totally watch this if it was a real movie. Keep being awesome! 👍

I'm not sure this script would make for a good enough Home Alone movie, but I like to imagine that the two thieves from the first movies could quit their criminal lives and become better people, even owing it to Kevin to the point they forgive him for all the troubles he caused to them instead of desiring revenge.
I love it, heck the other comments, I've read that mention the interaction of harry & Kevin, made me envision the scene & it made me think that it's definitely worth seeing on the big screen, I would say, maybe even included the reveal of Kevin's wife, overall, this fanscription for a 2 hour long film, is perfect conclusion to the franchise, as a whole, #makethishomealonemoviehappen

This is a really good idea and I greatly enjoyed it. I feel like I actually watched this and it is a thing now. lol. The only thing I would add that I think would be well deserved if if Harry found a way to give Kevin a bunch of money at the end. Since he's now rich, and Kevin is really down on his luck financially, I think that would be a great way to "pay-back" for the past and help Kevin out now. :)

This was extremely good, I had idea similar idea but with Kevin teaming up with The British Kid from Home Sweet Home Alone, but I would call it Home Alone Return Of The Sticky Bandits.

A story where Kevin is grown up, a father, gives his kid too much attention too much love but he also teaches his kid how to trap and fight and then one day people break in to the house and father and child have to team up but also his child is more competent

Speaking of Home Alone 6, I thought it would be interesting if Kevin owned that company (as Buzz implied) and Harry and Marv, having gone straight, helped test out the security systems.

As someone who refuses to accept any Home Alone after 2's existence, I absolutely would watch this.
I Mean we definitely missed out on including the staff hotel members with Tim Curry into the story. However, it could’ve been a lot tricky to where they would be. Maybe about having them teaming up in a certain way, or someting for HMA 2 scription, but would never be occurred cause it needs to be a really great tie in to the story told here. It left on a really pretty good note.
