    When I state that people have low stomach acid I mean they have lack of stomach acid or high PH.

    I recently saw a story that said supplements and vitamins have little benefit for most people, my first thought was what big pharma company put this story out.

      It's my understanding that vitamins and/or supplements work if your immune system is running perfect, otherwise they're a waste of money. If you cleanse your body of parasites correctly and eat a clean diet ie; no sugar, no processed foods, low carbs, you really dont need supplements. Everything provided by nature is what keeps us healthy. Listen to Danny on "Dirt road discussions ", he is on tele gram and he is helping people with autoimmune diseases and cancer and eyesight...everything. Decide for yourself.

      I hate Big Pharma with a passion, but there is this point to make: If you eat crap, are extremely overweight, don't exercise, don't sleep properly, are constantly stressed out, etc. - and you think taking a multivitamin is going to fix all that - well - THINK AGAIN! For healthy individuals who eat, sleep and exercise properly but may need a B12 or D3 or Omega3 supplement (these are usually the main supplements needed, especially B12 for vegans) - supplements can certainly be very effective.

    Great video!
    I have been trying to fix my gut for a long time and have done extensive research on natural treatments.
    Caution: In my case, ACV caused severe gastro paresis. I continued with HCL and digestive enzymes. Because of the supportive research, I recently added ACV back to my routine. After a few days, I experienced gastro paresis again.
    I have seen many success stories, so I’m just adding my experience. Everyone is unique and may not have this effect.
    I am currently taking licorice before meals and 6-8 HCL and digestive enzymes right after meals.
    It took a week+ to get my gut moving again but I won’t be taking ACV again.
    Again, I’m just voicing my experience with ACV.
    Thanks again for sharing your knowledge!
    Peace and blessings 🙏

    I have done apple cider vinegar with mother before and it's very hard to get used to that taste I found. I did it for about 6 months lost 36 pounds but it got extremely old quickly. I now use it as an insect repellent are mosquitoes and it works just great. and it's good for your skin and it clears up all types of skin problems at least in my experience.

    When I first took Betaine, I worked my way up to 11 tables before I could feel any warmth in my stomach. I was shocked.
    I’ve been talking Betaine for a few years now and I’m sick of popping pills. I switched to ACV before meals but after two months, I started to feel full soreness in my back and I think it’s my liver. I backed off ACV and the pain went away. I’m going to cut my dose in half and start again because it did improved my digestion and absorption of badly need nutrients.
    What do you think about the Heidelburg Test for low stomach acid? I found a place on the West coast near me does this test for about $400.

      @@DrJinSung Nice doc! Both are nicer and smarter than given credit for. Both have large frames for their weight classes. If they didn't diet properly they wouldn't be at the level they are. UFC 276 main event is something you should tune in for just to see the final results of Jared Cannonier earning his black belt in diet and nutrition. He was a heavyweight with a decent amount body fat who had a doomed career if he didn't make a change. Now he is the number 1 contender at middleweight. He's fighting a guy who has never lost at middleweight. Super interesting fight. Thanks for the info doc you're appreciated!

    I was wondering why Apple cider vinegar gives me diarrhea every time I take it. I was taking it diluted in water a bit before my meals but its non stop diarrhea? What am I doing wrong? I'm hoping someone can shed some light. I have blood type A+, so naturally I have lower stomach acid.

    • @otakudinosaur8568
      @otakudinosaur8568 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Start with a small amount like 1/4 tablespoon and gradually increase your intake to allow your body to adjust. If even such quantities can create an upset, your body might be allergic to specific compounds found in ACV which could have led to your diarrhea.

    Balsamic vinegar in foods is way tastier than Apple cider Vinegar just on its own.
    Just saying :)

    • @otakudinosaur8568
      @otakudinosaur8568 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Balsamic vinegar is great and has been known for higher concentrations of polyphenols. The only problem is the sugar content which certain diets tend to avoid. I reckon that if one's metabolic flexibility is in optimal condition, balsamic vinegar (when taken responsibly) is certainly a way to raise your acetic acid and polyphenol levels.

    Can you take vinegar along with baking soda, not at the same time of course.

    • @otakudinosaur8568
      @otakudinosaur8568 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      ACV is an acid whereas baking soda is an alkaline so I don't understand the point of neutralizing the pH. You probably need to ask yourself what underlying issue you are trying to address before incorporating it into your regime.
      If you are facing an issue of malabsorption/indigestion, then ACV may be a solution for you. Simply add a 1/4 or 1/2 tablespoon in 200ml water and gradually increase your intake to allow your body to adjust.
      If you are having GERD/gastritis/acid reflux, you may need to address the regulation of your gut lining first with probiotics/butyrate and avoid any foods that worsen the condition. Only upon restoration of your gut lining can you start incorporating ACV. The gut restoration process may take up to months so you need a lot of patience to see through this healing journey. All the best.
