    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
    1) How can this work when ACV and lemon juice are acidic? The problem is that (based on what I've read) as much as 80% of people who suffer from GERD/reflux actually have LOW stomach acid. Because of this the lower esophageal sphincter at the top of the stomach does not get the signal to close, thereby allowing acid up into the esophagus. The acid in the ACV triggers the lower esophageal sphincter to close.
    2) How do I know if I have low stomach acid? Mix 1/4 tsp of baking soda with a small glass of water. Drink it and see how long it takes you to burp. If more than 5 minutes (or not at all), you have low stomach acid.
    3) Why does it burn my throat when I drink it? Probably because your esophagus has been made raw by stomach acid. I found that after about a week, it didn't burn nearly as much for me.
    4) Does this work for silent reflux? I had a lot of symptoms of silent reflux and it worked for me. I can't guarantee it will work for you, but the burp test I describe in question #2 should be a good indicator.
    5) What if I have a hiatal hernia? I can't advise you on that. I had mine repaired a number of years ago when I had surgery to fix an inguinal hernia.
    6) Can I just take ACV capsules? Maybe. They didn't work for me. Neither did betaine HCL. But perhaps I wasn't taking enough to equal the amount of acidity in liquid apple cider vinegar.
    7) Should I keep taking my reflux meds? I did not. My logic is that they would be fighting the very thing I'm trying to accomplish with the ACV. This is NOT medical advice, though. I'm just sharing what I did, whether it was smart or not.
    8) Do I need to make the tonic or can I just drink the ACV in water? You can drink it in water. ACV is the primary ingredient. The other ingredients have health benefits, but most make this tonic more palatable.
    9) Will I have to drink this for the rest of my life or just 30 days? It's been over 3 years since I've been on reflux meds or had symptoms. I found that I was able to gradually dial back my consumption to the point where I just mix 2TB of ACV with a small glass of water and chug it down before bedtime once or twice per week.

I've been on esomeprazole for the last two years. Recently been able to taper it to 20 mg once in two days. Tried the stomach acid test and burped in a minute. This means I do not have low stomach acid(?)
Any known remedies for this? Thanks!

March 16 2021 this video absolutely changed my life.
I had acid reflux my entire life. When I was 16 I had my esophagus looked at and was told that I had the beginning stages of barrettes esophagus and would need to be on antacids for the rest of my life. Fast forward 15 years and many failed attempts to get off of the antacids; I ended up on omeprozole for a few years and started having major symptoms.
I was now 30 years old and felt like a 80 year old. My life was miserable and I truly believed that this was how the rest of my life would be, or worse.
I prayed to God to lead me to the answer that would fix this and that I was willing to do whatever it took. I found this video that same day and went on a health journey that lead to me going from 200lbs and absolutely crazy amounts of pain and inflammation (from my diet) and of course life long acid reflux to 130-140lbs, getting rid of my inflammation, and no longer taking any acid reflux medication period.
I am so thankful that God lead me to this video and that I found it again to come back and just say thank you!

I'm getting a lot of comments telling me that it was KETO, not ACV, that cured my reflux. I can tell you that keto helped and it allowed me to reduce my daily dose of Pantoprazole from 40mg/day down to 20mg/day -- but if I went more than 2-3 days without meds, the reflux returned. That's after being on keto for a year. Since starting drinking ACV tonic twice a day, I haven't had an issue since day #4. I am quite convinced that increasing the acid in my system via this tonic is what has freed me from reflux and the associated meds.

    • @bigmort6916
      @bigmort6916 4 ปีที่แล้ว +95

Serious Keto it is the ACV curing your acid reflux. I know this because I researched and did the same thing! What people don’t realise is acids reflux is cause by LACK OF ACID in the stomach to break down a big meal, and as it coats the meal trying to break it down it then comes back up the oesophagus . Adding ACV to your stomach before a meal acts the same way as stomach acid and is therefore able to break down the meal without the struggle 🤷🏼‍♀️👍🏻stomach acid naturally depletes as we age it’s unavoidable some more and some less than others. Doctors are too quick to give you a pill for everything and the pills for acid reflux are dangerous. But they won’t tell you this either! What the pills do is STOP your stomach acid function completely. You are effectively now a giant rotting garbage pile because the food is slowly rotting inside instead of how it should break down 🤷🏼‍♀️. This in turn causes skin issues , dizzy spells , heart problems, liver issues the list is massive I could go on and on ! Get the ACV it works and it’s safer I was on omeprazole for 18 years, not realising at any time this medication could of killed me 👍🏻

I just wanna say THANK YOU with a big hug 🤗
You don’t how you’re changing people’s life. I’ve been on PPI for a year or so ( on and off)
Tried everything! From taking bland food to giving up on my favourite foods. Especially, coffee, dairy, tomatoes, and pickles !!!
It made me feel terrible for a year ! It started in November 2020. I saw your video long back but then saw another video of Tama saying no you shouldn’t take ACV ! Kept wondering what to do but few weeks back I was so frustrated and I thought want the heck ! This is the only thing i haven’t tried. Lemme just try and guess what ! IT WORKED ON THE FIRST DAY !! I took and I literally felt no pain or reflux on the Same day ! I’m on day 10th and I’ve already had coffee 2 times. I didn’t touch coffee in past 2 years !! It was such a liberating feeling.
    I can’t thank you enough !!!
And I’m also angry on these docs ! Without checking the ph they just give antacids !
My metal health was ruined 😭 I used to cry myself to sleep and wonder why is it happening to me !! You saved me ! You saved me !! I’ll always be thankful and grateful ❤️
And I hope this comment give hope to people who are going through this !!
Just give it a try and see how body responds and please don’t trust the negative things online, which say you can’t cure this !
You can if you follow the right things and do the right things.

I saw your video last year, after I went to the emergency room with major acid reflux and a gallstone. I was hesitant to take apple cider vinegar because I thought it would make my stomach worse. I was put on those same pills as you. I had another episode this past week and finally I gave in. I took it and by the 3 day my acid reflux went away! I noticed this past week my swollen belly has gone down, I have energy and I'm in a better mood. I take 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar and a little agave in a 6-8 ounce glass of water before I eat. I'm so relieved! I can finally sleep laying down and without pain! Thank you so much for your video! God bless!

Wowwwww I’m been struggling with acid reflux/GERD since the age of 15. I’m now 27 and currently taking pantoprazole 40mg AND Famotidine 40 mg before bed. I find myself in pain 70% percent of the time and literally getting anxiety before eating a meal because I don’t know if it’s gonna digest or leave me in excruciating pain. I’m on day three of trying this method with just 8 ounces of water twice a day and already I feel better than I have in MONTHS. I haven’t even touched any of my medication and have been able to eat freely. Very frustrating that after YEARS of doctors appointments something so natural and easy turned into a solution. Guess it’s not doctors jobs to hip you to natural remedies, I mean how else will they get paid if we don’t buy up all these pills right? Very happy I found this video.

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
    1) How can this work when ACV and lemon juice are acidic? The problem is that (based on what I've read) as much as 80% of people who suffer from GERD/reflux actually have LOW stomach acid. Because of this, the lower esophageal sphincter at the top of the stomach does not get the signal to close, thereby allowing acid up into the esophagus.
It did for me.
    5) What if I have a hiatal hernia? I can't advise you on that. I had mine repaired a number of years ago when I had laparoscopic surgery to fix an inguinal hernia.
    6) Can I just take ACV capsules? Maybe. They didn't work for me. Neither did betaine HCL. It's possible my dose wasn't high enough. Taking the capsules may be right for you if you need some time to let your esophagus heal enough that the ACV doesn't burn going down.
    7) Should I keep taking my reflux meds? I did not. My logic is that they would be fighting the very thing I'm trying to accomplish with the ACV.
    8) Do I need to make the tonic or can I just drink the ACV in water? You can drink it in water. ACV is the primary ingredient. The other ingredients have health benefits, but most make this tonic more palatable.
    9) Will I have to drink this for the rest of my life or just 30 days? It's been a year since I've been on reflux meds or had symptoms. I found that I was able to gradually dial back my consumption to the point where I just mix 2TB of ACV with a small glass of water and chug it down before bedtime once per week.

So I started trying this tonic and noticed my symptoms increased which is strange because ACV helps my reflux, but I found out for me it’s the lemon juice! Now I’m taking just the other ingredients as a tonic and it’s been helping! So if you’re having the same issue maybe try and drop the lemon juice or cinnamon as these can cause reflux in some people and try again. Don’t give up on the ACV!

Yes lemon juice isn't for everyone, you don't need the cinnamon for any other reason than flavoring, so not required, substitute those with raw honey, takes away the sharpness and adds it's own flavor ! Can I also suggest looking at videos on YT on ACV & Olive Oil, put the two together and according to these videos you should live to 100 minimum 😂

I'm 57 and have had acid reflux since my teens - my lifelong friend has been Tums & Rolaids. I finally was prescribed Omeprazole 4 years ago - which worked well, but not when I ate chilies at night! LSS, I went off of that cold turkey 6 weeks ago, cause I hated being on medicine. Needless to say, my reflux returned with a vengeance, so I basically had to stop eating by 4 pm to get any sleep at all. This was doable, but clearly wasn't a long term solution. Then I saw this video. Wow! Today I'm on day 14 of ACV tonic taking and am simply amazed - no reflux and I'm sleeping like a baby. It's nothing short of an answer to prayer - a miracle! I was diagnosed with Acid Reflux too and prescribed Nexium and Tecta. I like to read literature or contraindications. One time I read the one on Nexium and I couldn't believe the serious adverse side effects written there. One of the doctors I worked with prescribed a PPI and told me to take it for 6 months. Good thing I read an article online that says you shouldn't take it for that long. So obviously, these doctors don’t know what they're doing!!! Thanks for sharing your experience with ACV. I am so glad I found this video. I have had silent reflux for about 5 years. I looked into Apple Cider Vinegar when it first happened and my doctor (who was a naturopath) warned me that AC Vinegar could make it worse so I was scared to really try it. But I fired that doctor and I started using ACV and it has immediately made me feel better, but I have still been nervous about it. Knowing that there are other ways to fix these things is so hard. I don't feel any heartburn through the day and after drinking a glass last night it also helped ease gas I was having.

I’ve had reflux for years. Never had heart burn but I had the cough like you. I was put on prilosec and I took it for a year. I had the same symptoms as you and I was told it was part of my job and my weight. A couple of years ago I came home from a Disney World vacation with an upper respiratory infection and I lost my voice. Months later I still did not get my voice back even though I had gotten over the infection. I went to an Ear, Nose and Throat doctor and was told I had plaque on my vocal chords causing the laryngitis. After being on numerous medications I did a little research and found that acid reflux could cause the plaque on the vocal chords. I told my doctor this after I found out and he put me on prilosec. Lo and behold within a week I had my voice back but I kept taking the med for 1 month and stopped again because I knew taking it for a prolonged amount of time causes problems. I started the apple cider tonic and never looked back. So happy that you found this and that you stopped taking those meds.

Thanks for making this video. My doctor misdiagnosed my symptoms of a chronic cough and shortness of breath for asthma instead of gerd. 8 years she had me on high doses of asthma medications. I went in again and again due to fatigue and breathing issues, and she didn't do anything for me. Thankfully I found the cure and switched doctors. I really felt a lot of solidarity with you when you mentioned why you weren't more happy to find a natural cure. I get the same feeling when I get screwed over by a bad mechanic. So much trust goes into people that really don't know what they're doing. The are bred in schools that deny anecdotal evidence. If it works for thousands and thousands of people, maybe that is good enough to start recommending people to try first, instead of life long medications that eat away at your body. But it all becomes clear when you know that the pharmacutical companies fund medical schools, which in turn causes doctors to put people on their products. It's discustingly corrupt when you think about it. Regardless, thanks again for the video, it's helping me remember to get back on track with my health. Cheers!

Your tonic is healing leaky gut, which takes a couple years to fully heal, so keep doing it Bro! I'm at about 9 months of ACV, and not only do I not have reflux EVER (Mine was milder, usually treated with tums), but as PART of my leaky gut healing regimen, my psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis are going away. Healing leaky gut allows you to absorb nutrients that would otherwise just go through your system.

I knew for a wile that apple cider vinegar could help but could never choke it down. Recently after getting on keto I found video's that said I could add stevia! Wow what a consept! I never even thought you could just take the edge off of it!! I kinda feel dumb for not thinking of it before because I knew that sugar could take the edge off vinegar because I like to make my own balsamic dressing. So why did this take so long to figure out!! 😰😰😰
I've been doing vinegar and fresh lemon for a week now without the Esomeprazol! I am so glad to be off the poison that is making my bones brittle!! You are very very right in everything about the video. I too was diagnosed with GERD / CHRONIC ANTRAL GASTRITIS in October 2021. I followed your video and got rid of medications (3 tablets of Omeprazole 20mg and four lids of DIGENE fluid every day).
I too am somewhat angry why doctors never advised me not to use these medications long term but try alternative remedies.

@@SpektorBaal I didn't, I couldn't and in fact one shouldn't stop medication just like that. Actually I had a strong stomach acid constitution from birth. Enormous food was absorbed effortlessly without putting on weight. It was a surprise that I got this disease.
The first three weeks of ACV use itself reduced all my medication to just one 20mg pill. This was stubborn and wasn't going. So I stopped consuming white sugar in tea. White sugar as Ayurvedic experts and our dear friend Serious Keto know for sure increases production of certain acids in the stomach that lead to gastritis, ulcers and possibly cancers.
But then your stomach adjusts rapidly with time and will give you lot of flexibility in food choices soon.
Regular walking for one hour repositions your digestive organs and firms them up in their proper shape and place. Duodenum tightens naturally and reflux becomes helpless in being able to trouble your esophagus.

I was in the same boat you were in. I had something in my throat that kept coming up that wouldn't go away so I went to an ENT doctor. The doctor did a Restech study on me and my acid reflux was off the chart. He gave me the same medication you were taking. I taken the medication for 1 week and said I am not taking this anymore because I'm not a medication type of person, and two it just didn't feel right. I decided to do some research and get rid of this acid reflux naturally. I figure this issue is based on what I am eating and the time of day I'm eating it, so I switched my diet, started doing some research and come across your video about apple cider. Like you, I will take the apple cider for 30 days and throw away the meds, no good for human consumption at all. It's like I'm paying these doctors to break my body down to get worse. Medication have so much side effects to it, they don't tell you that part but they prescribe medicine. Eating naturally, drinking vegetable juicers came to be my routine and I feel so much better and energetic.

I discovered I had silent acid reflux (LPR) a few weeks ago and after doing some research I found out that ACV is good for ppl with low stomach acid and so I tried this product to see if that’s the case with me and it worked. It’s been about a week and a half. I drink it every time I feel any acid coming up my throat and it gave me relief.
Drink it through a straw ppl.
Another tip to help with LPR is to gargle with water and baking soda. This will help get the pepsin out of your throat and relieve some of the symptoms that affects your ears and nose. Finally, use honey to help your esophagus heal. I’m so happy to have found a solution so quick because many ppl suffer for years with this. But don’t give up ppl be consistent and have faith that it will work.

I understand that anger I was given a bipolar diagnosis and was on an antidepressant and lithium for just a hair short of 10 years, premature organ aging was one of the side effects of the Wellbutrin I was on. I had been to several Drs. That just kept prescribing meds, it turns out I have CPTSD not bipolar. No one bothered to ask me at the time of diagnosis about my childhood or my marriage at the time with an alcoholic. I have been free of taking daily meds since 2012.
Thank you for this video. I started having mild heartburn with frequent burping for 2 weeks. I was semi freaking out because being careful with waiting to drink before and after a meal wasn’t working. I’m going to be making your recipe today to start healing my gut 👍🏻

I healed myself more through self-discovery and reading than any doctor has ever helped me.

I understand your anger. I feel the same way. I have been to numerous Doctors with no answers for 45 years!! All they do is prescribe. I have asthma which is 100% caused by GERD. I am going to try your tonic and follow keto diet and somehow I know my asthma will improve dramatically. Thanks for the recipe. I just found out about acv.

Yup. It’s been a month to straight tablespoons in water a day. I have to say my reflux is 90% gone. And I’m optimistic. Plus, incredibly, my nighttime and early morning leg cramps are 100% gone. I don’t know why, but I’m sure glad. Thanks Steve 😊👏👍🙏

This is great! Have recently found out ACV adds acid to help absorb iron for all those ladies having low iron issues. ACV will sort you out!

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I’m on day 7 with this tonic without omeprazole and I haven’t felt this good in months. I ate a whole box of pizza with no reflux. God bless you.

@Sousen M i have LPR for a week and i have no idea about LPR until my throat felt like someone is choking me or cutting it with a knife whenever i eat food especially every night, the pain is worse.. The pain lasts for about 1hr. Then i tried the ACV approach and after 5days my symptom improved. The throat pain is almost gone as of writing this. But today i did not take ACV as I am drinking apple juice instead. Last night I dont have throat pain before sleeping. So i can say that natural treatment works for me as long as i will stay away from triggers. Knoww your triggers. I write a journal daily of everything that i eat and drink. And i can say that what triggers me most is the tomato sauce/spag sauce. Also oily food and fried foods can trigger me. As well as fried egg with yolk. But boiled egg white is just fine.

@Sousen M i want to give u an update about my LPR symptoms. I did the ACV treatment for 3-5days. Then followed it with strict low-aicd diet, i strictly avoided all the food that triggers the reflux including eggs, white breads and fried foods. I started doing it August 2 and as of today, writing this, my symptom was gone! I also boosted my vitamin supplements that i have researched from forums and fb groups.. i couldnt believe it worked for me.. now i will continue my routine for 2-3months to avoid relapse.. 😊

      What?!
You can eat a whole of pizza without having reflux acid?
I used to able eat a whole of pizza but now I can't even finish 1 slice of pizza.
I had GERD since August 2021.
I had endoscopy since November 2021.
I am able to swallow easily thanks to someone who used to have tracheostomy and g-tube was learned to breathe and swallow with breathing and swallowing exercises. (She doesn't have tracheostomy and g-tube anymore and hers was removed since she was mid teenage age.)
      I have same medicine.
      That would give me hope.
I am still researching about GERD.

I’m going to start your tonic. I’ve had gerd/acid reflux gastritis for years. I don’t know if anyone has experience this, but sometimes at night time while sleep, acid travels all the way throat, waking up in panic gasping for air not being able to breath until I stand up and acid return back down. That is the worst feeling. Not being able to breath. Good luck and blessings to all of you suffering with this issue. And thank you for putting up this tonic.

I too got hung up on prescriptions.. more like 3 yrs. But then started learning other options. Can't swallow the ACV because it burns too, but found DGL tabs, ACV tabs, so helpful, no more meds, but I've mixed up your tonic for the cure. Now it's nutrition, keto, and now learning about "earthing". Thank you for all you do.
