    I invite you to have some research on Muslim's Fasting timings eating from sun set till dawn
    And Fasting from dawn to sun set
    I hope you will find that these timings are the best for eating and Fasting

    The 20.00 hrs to midday fast works so well for me. I feel really good after twelve to thirteen hours of not eating.

    i like 2 do 2 days of water fasting followed by a nutritional shake or some healthy food.2 days on,1 day off

    How long should you do intermittent fasting? Can you do it permanently?

    I’m interested in intermittent fasting. Will it work if I start with 2 meals per day at noon and 7-8 pm?

      It is not an OMAD (one meal a day) diet. Fasting after 8 pm until midday is still 16 hours of not eating. Which will work. Some people can't manage a 24 hr fast.

    The thing I dont get is how often should I do IF? 3 days a week of 17h, and then twice a week 24h? or how it works?

    How do you recommend getting past that withdrawal migraines from caffeine if I’m not in taking caffeine because I am fasting or intermittent fasting? And I’m hypoglycemic on top of it.

      You can drink black coffee during a fast.

    I have a question about this. I am a type 2 diabetic and I take pills and a shots with meals. I am wanting to lose weight and get away from the meds. If I was to do the 6 and 1 day fasting like you said you do. Should I take my meds that day that are for my blood sugar?

    Im also lifting weights when fasting i dont want to lose muscle so taking a protein shake will ofcourse break the fast but im thinking about just doing that after lifting take the shake what do you think about this ?
