      @@imjustdeja it will still work as long as you’re consistent. Now I gained up to 14 pounds, Which is my weight goal but if you want to see more results on your body you should work out and drink it at the same time but either way, you will still see results.

    Best results would be drink this smoothie in 2 times, morning and night, eat it with meals. Workout and water. Good luck everyone! I’ll try this and let you know if it works or not. But just know that you are beautiful no matter what weight you are. Although being underweight (calculated with the BMI) is not very good. Have confidence and do whatever it takes to be healthy!!!
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk,
    1/2 cup oat
    1/4 salt+1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
    1 tbs honey/maple syrup
    1/2 tbs peanut butter/flaxseed/almonds
    2 rriped bananas/avocado
    3/4 cup of yogurt
    1/3 cup of milk (to make it less heavy and more liquid)
    Ice cube (optional)

    I have been doing this everyday for about a week now, I'm definitely seeing improvement in my weight gain. Not only it helps me put on weight but it tastes amazing.     From experience as a guy who always struggled to gain weight, I can completely vouch for this smoothie! It made weight gain feel easyyy! I haven't tried it with yogurt yet, but banana + PB + protein powder + milk for sure worked. I cant wait to try this recipe out tho!

    Just found this video , the comments/reviews are so motivating! Excited to try this out ! Will have my first one today and official implement it twice a day starting tomorrow ! I noticed the comments mention sleepiness , a bit nervous about that as I have a busy schedule and can not afford to be feeling tired/sluggish.

      Hey guys so starting this I realized two things
      1. My magic bullet wasn’t big enough to make the full recommended serving
      2. When I made the full serving (making 2 half servings) I struggled to finish it with my meals I’d get full before I could finish it
      So I did half servings twice a day , ofc the results are going to coming in at half the rate , also had some days that I forgot to drink it or didn’t have time to make it so I wasn’t 100% consistent but I have gained 5lbs with implementing this shake .
      I’d say DEFIANTLY do the recommended serving for faster results even if u do 4 1/2 servings a day instead of the 2 full servings a day !

      @@iqrariaz94 I started off slowly because I didn't know how my body would react to it. I did one milkshake 1x per day at midday for 2 weeks. Then I did 1 milkshake at midday & 1 at night around 8pm. Consistency is key!!

I say this because you did mention the substitutes for the ingredients because someone like myself, I can’t eat bananas they make me sick so avocado was a substitute and also I don’t like peanut butter taste so I used almond butter and Nutella

    Just tried this recipe but added vanilla flavor instead of cinnamon, sugar instead of honey, soya bean powder, maca root and cocoa powder to mine but the other parts of the recipe such the peanut butter, whole milk, oats and banana still remained the same. The taste is heavenly!!😭It’s sooo good! Coming back to update y’all after a week❤

      We gain weight when we sleep, relax and feel calm without much stress. The body repair and replenishes lost vibes. Lol 😂

    EDIT: So this will cost me under $40 my 1st week to get what I DON'T have at home. And the regulars needed weekly will be around $21, if anybody needed a cost estimate for the things you need to replace each week. Doable but adds up monthly. Worth trying after I run out my Ensures since it works.
    This seems very tasty lol. And me being 5'9 and only 140lbs I need it! I would love to hit a firm 200 (yes I'm willing to workout)! But since I'm on a budget, ladies did you find this expensive to keep up every week? If anybody can help me out with an estimate of cost that would be great. I take Ensures/Boosts or Carnation Bfast drinks but not really helping with gaining, more like barely maintaining. Need more substance than these.

      Once you get everything you need the only thing you would have to keep getting weekly is bananas and oats maybe every month if you get the big one. All the other ingredients will last more than a month like cinnamon, honey, and the other small stuff

    I made my own shake tonight to just gain weight as I'm very underweight but I fear I put too much milk lol. I used an entire pack of milk (to constantly drink from it) 4 tablespoons of peanut butter, a bar of dark chocolate, and a cup of oats. I may have to put more peanut butter tho considering I put too much milk. I'm also taking B12 cuz I'm anemic. Hopefully this also works 🤷🏽‍♀️

      Okay thats fine milk but try not to make the smoothie in Big qty. STICK to the recipe to avoid food POISONing. Recipe when blended should be consumed within 24 hrs for health reasons and benefits.

    I’m 5’2 and 88pds now. I just keep loosing. It’s genetic since my mom was always super skinny too. I keep being told to EAT MORE. But it’s incredibly hard for me to eat so much, I don’t have the best appetite and food rarely excites me. And of course the most noticeable weight loss is my breasts. Now they’re about half the mass they used to be and it’s killing my self esteem 😢. I literally can’t afford to get sick.

      I’m 5’2 and went from 106 to 109 in two weeks. My parents we’re genetically thin. You have to increase protein intake to grow your muscle fibers. Hit every workouts with medium to heavy resistance bands. Lift heavy like 10 -15 pounds. Skip the two pound cute weights. 40 reps for squats, lunges, 4x a week. Don’t forget your triceps, biceps, and abs, and obliques. I find doing a little work in the morning at least ten squats, and standing abs is helping. I eat constantly. Protein bowls, fruit, hummus, and drink water. Bolthouse, and Koia are good protein shakes too. I’m seeing good results. Again its only been two weeks and my thigh gap is gone my thighs touch now and my calves and glutes are growing! Bring a lot of food to work. Snack on nuts, and look for high caloric shakes with 30 grams of protein but low sugar. Let’s get it ! 💪🏽

    It works for me , but it's working a bit too slow. How should I improve? I'm drinking two bottles 1 in morning after breakfast and one at night. I exercise 5 min in the morning and 5 min at night! And I gained about 1kg in a week. Also it's a lot of work I'm not sure how 😅

      doing weight training helps to gain weight as well. highly recommend joining a gym and get started on a program or buy some dumbbells for home workout, it has helped me gain weight a little bit, but i can imagine it helps a lot more whilst taking this shake. you dont burn as much calories compared to cardio. saying that "you dont need to exercise" because you are skinny or too slim is completely FALSE. working out is extremely important no matter ur body type, its just us who are skinny and have a fast metabolism probably shouldnt do as much cardio if u r looking to gain weight compared to a person who is looking to lose weight. focus more on weight training and instead do a little cardio once or twice a week if thats what u want.

      @@youth__ignite3621 Hey so i weighed myself on the 28th. I had started this on 16th nov. And i have gained 2.5kgs. That is about 5 pounds 🥳 I'm was happy.
