Years ago I lost my wife and lost my appetite and weight, so I created my own weight gaining drink. I used bananas, peanut butter, eggs, full cream, walnuts, and milk..it transformed me into a very overweight guy..so I took the the gym and swimming. I turned fat into muscle. I looked going and felt great..full of energy. I am now a young 71..and this year January 2021..I lost my second wife to cancer. I have lost weight again..and will go through the same process. I know I will win through..as I did before. Mental attitude it an important component..this time it will be different as I now have muscle memory..and a strong mind. When I die..I will be a great looking corps. 👌😆. Humour also plays its role. I shut out family..and family dramas..to concentrate on myself. This is also important.
@@dizasparks just a matter of a few short weeks..I never took notes..I just got on with it. I have now put on weight again and In a few more weeks..I am back to the gym..even at 71..the body can look good. I do a hour and a half walk with my dog daily..luckily I live in the countryside..so always great. I also do facial exercises to rebuild lost muscle. It goes like this..I trace the the muscles around my cheek bone..place the heel of each hand directly on the muscles, apply pressure, then start clenching my teeth fairly rapidly.. not too fast. Great thing is..this exercises also builds muscle higher up above my temples. It's amazing. I developed this exercise along with the weight gaining diet..years ago. Now I laugh when I see online a bit of kit being sold for this purpose..kit you don't need. The kit can also buckle your front teeth. My way is free. You can use this exercise..just to build face muscles..if your face is slack..when you have lost muscle mass there..and you do look younger. I did it first over 20 odd years ago. Seems I was ahead of my time..with the diet and the facial exercise. Pass it on if you know anyone who needs help..no charge. 😆.
@@dizasparks Oh..you put weight on it the stomach aria first..but that can be exercised off later..the facial exercise is great for rebuilding facial muscles. As I said..my diet was my own invention as is the facial exercise..as far as I know. I did it over 20 years ago.
@@dizasparks I forgot too mention..I am a vegetarian, so protine from meat etc..are not part of my weight gain..but I still gained weight quite quickly..by using my protine drink.
I should also add meditation. Morning and night. Three minutes of one exercise I do twice a day. I do longer, but 3 minutes is enough to begin. Linking heart to brain. Put 2 fingers on your heart area..this takes your mind to the heart and away from your thinking mind/brain. So..sit in a quiet room and relax. Put two fingers or the palm of your hand on your chest..over your heart area. Breath to the count of 5. Hold for a moment..then breath out to the count of 5..hold..and keep repeating..for at least 3 minutes. As you breath out each time..try and feel the stress leaving your body. If you find this a little difficult..think to yourself..the stress is leaving your body. I used to have a feeling of stress or apprehension in my stomach...that has now gone. So as the stress. Do this in the morning..and before you go to sleep. You can do this meditation siting or lying in bed. Whatever suits you. A few days ago I went for an hour and a half..I forgot all about time. This was in the morning. But 3 mins at least. Longer if you wish.

I worked out for years thinking I was a hard gainer, but the reallity is I just had a bad. I then tried the Agoge Diet, and started seeing much faster and better results.
I struggled with weight gain for the longest time then I came across this video & it’s helping a lot it’s been less than a week I’ve gained 3kg. I’ve been consistently drinking it twice a day after breakfast & dinner. The smoothie Makes me feel drowsy & boosts my appetite at the same time! I can only recommend!!! IT WORKS. Because of fasting and eating healthy I became very lean. I started this drink(i add 2 or 3 frozen strawberries😋)on a Wednesday, breakfast & lunch WITH my meals and night after my 30 minute workout. I added 1/2 cup oats to the post workout smoothie. Thursday I only had this drink twice with oats. Y'all! I gained 2lbs. I kid you not! I will drink this smoothie twice daily until I reach my goal🙏🏽. PLEASE exercise with it or you will gain fat instaed of muscle. I exercise 30 minutes a night before bed.. it brings better results while resting. I do leg, glutes and arms, 50 seconds each 10 second rest in-between. EX. squats, fire hydrants, glute bridge.. you can TH-cam arm exercises or any for that matter. You dont have to go crazy, 30 minutes at least will bring results. Hope this helps someone like it helped me😊😊😊 I started on a Wednesday so I'll be back🙏🏽 the following Wednesday with a 7 day update.💪🏽
😊One week update☺️ For 7 days I increased my calories. Before weight was 126.4 and 7th day was 129.6. I drank this smoothie 2 times a day WITH food. Breakfast, lunch, after my workout at night I had a Boost Plus Protein shake. Yes, I also ate dinner. Whenever I didn't have time to make this delicious smoothie, I drank a BOOST PLUS (360 calorie) protein drink with my breakfast, lunch and after workout/dinner. 🥳Week 2🥳 Started at 126.4lbs now at 131.6lbs. I must say, drinking this drink or BOOST Plus gets annoying. They are sweet/thick. I started drinking twice instead of 3 times. If you're not use to gluttony(bc that's exactly what it feels like drinking this with a meal) then it won't be easy. I'm not use to eating so much and frankly it's(overeating) not healthy. I just tried it and it tastes way too sweet that almost makes me feel nauseous. Maybe it’s because I used peanut butter with salted caramel 🤷🏻♀️ Gonna try it again without honey and peanut butter.

Because of fasting and eating healthy I became very lean. I started this drink(i add 2 or 3 frozen strawberries😋)on a Wednesday, breakfast & lunch WITH my meals and night after my 30 minute workout. I added 1/2 cup oats to the post workout smoothie. Thursday I only had this drink twice with oats. Y'all! I gained 2lbs. I kid you not! I will drink this smoothie twice daily until I reach my goal🙏🏽. PLEASE exercise with it or you will gain fat instaed of muscle. I exercise 30 minutes a night before bed.. it brings better results while resting. I do leg, glutes and arms, 50 seconds each 10 second rest in-between. EX. squats, fire hydrants, glute bridge.. you can TH-cam arm exercises or any for that matter. You dont have to go crazy, 30 minutes at least will bring results. Hope this helps someone like it helped me😊😊😊 I started on a Wednesday so I'll be back🙏🏽 the following Wednesday with a 7 day update.💪🏽

For 7 days I increased my calories. Before weight was 126.4 and 7th day was 129.6. I drank this smoothie 2 times a day WITH food. Breakfast, lunch, after my workout at night I had a Boost Plus Protein shake. Yes, I also ate dinner. Whenever I didn't have time to make this delicious smoothie, I drank a BOOST PLUS (360 calorie) protein drink with my breakfast, lunch and after workout/dinner.
The key is consistency and patience.
3 lbs a week isn't bad. Don't forget to workout for healthy gains☺️ I workout at home. 💪🏽
🥳Week 2🥳 Started at 126.4lbs now at 131.6lbs. I must say, drinking this drink or BOOST Plus gets annoying. They are sweet/thick. I started drinking twice instead of 3 times. If you're not use to gluttony(bc that's exactly what it feels like drinking this with a meal) then it won't be easy. I'm not use to eating so much and frankly it's(overeating) not healthy. Anything for a little more weight though, right?
I'm now 40 kg need to gain weight. I'll start to take it from today and will let you guys know the update! Hopefully, I can get some weight...🍕
