Yes absolutely right. Knee : is an hinge joint, rotational movement should not be done. Rotational movement should be done on ball joint. Please correct it.

Tried these simple exercises for 10-15mins and got relief from knee pains due to heavy playing of badminton. Good techniques. Would also like you to explain what each pose/aasana does to our biomechanics and muscles/ligaments.

I would advice you to rest for a few weeks if the pain is more and then start slowly with reduced load

it seems counter intuitive, but my knee pain problems got significantly better when I started bending my knees as much as I could. I was fearful of bending and stretching too much, but it did the trick. I think my ligaments were tight and it's necessary to stretch them out.

Rotation is not good for knees are , knee joint comes under hinge joint and hinge joint has two dimensional movement. So please correct this because you are broadcasting this on official channel .

4:04 this rotation will create lot of issue in the knee and make the knee condition worse. Who don’t have knee issues will get knee issue by doing this. Don’t mislead People if you don’t know properly regarding YOGA please
That knee rotation exercise at 4 minutes displaces knee causing pain and damages knee cartilage .it is banned worldwide , i developed severe knee pain after doing that earlier and paid a heavy hospital bill , pls correct it

Mix honey chuna and cinnamon powder and apply the paste on knees keep it for 2-3 hrs. Do this 3 times a day for few days

Knee rotation is a wrong practice. Knee is hinge joint. Iam a certified international yoga Teacher.
Knee rotation is Banned by W H O. As this will harm the knees.

Manipal hospital is a big mafia, I admitted by father in manipal hospital yeshwanthpur on 31st Jan 2022 for vomiting, Bill was 1 lake for just two days ND doctors here not fit to diagnose what is the issue. Never ever go to this hospital. Lost all the respect towards this hospital

Bending the knee in squatting position will only harm the knee more. How people will sit ont he floor? how they will keep the knee bent in janurshirshasana? most of the people cannot touch their toes, how they will do this? totally useless video. Many people cant even balance on one leg, the position you are showing in starting...pls dont post when you dont know. only making things worse.
