- Monster House had some video game adaptations that I remember really enjoying back in 2006. Today, I look at all 3 versions for Gamecube, Playstation 2, Gameboy Advance, and Nintendo DS. Are they as good as I remember thinking they were? In this second part of a 2 part saga, I take a deep dive into these games.

Not former lol, I just made another channel @cfgd to keep things apart, although ever since pushing myself way too hard for Sidestep I've had much longer pauses.
@@C-F after i beat eternal i started i played way less cause i am way more into a different game now
What is the song playing in the background around 8:40? Ive heard the song everywhere but i have no clue where its from. If i had to guess it was something from sonic
7:15 It's in the top left corner of the screen.
I really enjoyed your reviews! I grew up with the gamecube version and loved that game. I can see why the combat and all that were annoying but i didnt see that as i played it. Yeah the chapter with chowder was a pain in my ass in the beginning but as i played it constantly, i got better at it.
I can understand that yes, there wasn't a lot of replay value for the gamecube/PS2 but i replayed it a lot because i did like the combat in that despite the repetitiveness. Something about it made it worth replaying IMO.
Anyway those are my thoughts. PS I remember wanting the DS version when I saw it, but looking at the gameplay of it, glad i wasn't able to get it at the end. I probably wouldve hated it lol
I can relate to wanting the DS version and being disappointed upon actually realizing what it was like.
GBA is better but harder
Yeah, that's mostly how I feel. My biggest issues with it are the repetitive aesthetics and the bullet sponge enemy encounters, but aside from that it's everything I wanted the home console version to be.
