Really good workout and channel in general, having a series of 20 minute workouts is awesome. What I like in particular is that even though it's to the timer you're never pressured to sacrifice form for reps.

I did enjoy this but when I see the trainer not finishing or having breaks it makes me feel like maybe I should have a break too even though I don’t need one. It’s not very motivational
