    Just did this workout again! Really quite enjoyed it - short but effective! But as you would say Faisal, the unilateral move is ‘disgusting!’.... that burn kills me! It has got to be the toughest move in this routine! Ok now I’m going to finish off with your abs blast and then I’m done! Thank you for keeping me motivated because it’s so hard to keep it up when I’m used to being in the gym! Who knows....perhaps this will change my routine in the future!
