@@bukopanjon Every time I train I watch this, and I always reach that point where I feel I can't go on and I push myself that much further. Now I see it in my physique, and feel it in my health, strength and confidence.

Stealth 75 defense is probably the most important aspect of boxing. You can hit the hardest, be fast, have good footwork, but if don’t know how to protect yourself to the body or the head, you can get ko’d easily, one punch can change everything
I love how this scene perfectly mirrors Rocky's training against Drago. Rocky trained in the cold while Donnie trains in the heat. Meanwhile, both Dragos were trained in a gym.
The Dragos also had a mirror. Viktor trained with only Ivan in a run down gym with nothing but grit and tough love While Ivan trained with the entire USSR in a state of the art facility where every vital sign is monitored Ivan was also roided While Viktor was natural
“It’s not about how hard you hit; it’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done.” -Rocky Balboa

There’s something about the realization of having only but yourself in this life. Grow for yourself and share the benefits with the ones surrounding you. Hey brother Jesus Christ loves you when has a plan for your life. He knows you and know what you are going through. He paid the price for you and died for your sins so that you could have eternal life and life in abundance. Come to Christ
This has single-handedly got to be the most motivational training montage I’ve ever watched. The peak definition of “Pain is weakness leaving the Body”.
Also echoing Rocky’s determination in IV: “Lethal punch after punch, amazing power! Neither man backing off!” Drago likely remembered those moments just as well.
I love the differences between Rocky’s and Adonis’ training! Rocky trained in the extreme colds in the snow to beat Ivan And Adonis trained in extreme heat in the desert to beat Viktor
If you’re going thru anything in your life...watch this over and over again. It will give you the motivation to keep going, no matter what your battle is
For some odd reason, I think this is the best montage in the entire saga. unlike all the others, it’s not at all motivating (at least like the previous ones were). The entire movie before this has been so hard and sad to endure alongside the character of Adonis. His ego, body, legacy, and reputation has been destroyed from his previous loss, and he’s got so much more to lose the second time around. He will not get a third chance at redemption. Win or lose this is it. The scene fills you with so much brutality and hopelessness where it doesn’t feel like “getting stronger” and you question if it’s going to be enough to win. We’re so desperate for him to win but so scared if he looses. it’s my favorite because of all those reasons. It’s great storytelling, character building, and filmmaking. It shows how real training is and explores the mental and emotional side of all athletes and their journeys to be the greatest. This movie is amazing.
And not only that, it shows that Creed learned. In his previous training montage, he was focused on speed and evasion, but Drago baited him in and hit hard. Here, Creed has to change. He has to learn how to take the body hits. That's why Rocky hits that ball against him, why he has to go toe to toe while taking body shots: his body has to learn stamina and endurance.
The absolute most motivating thing in my experience is watching someone(or being the person) that takes a beating, falls down and seemingly by sheer force of will manages to pick themself up and keep going. This has always been the most motivating scene I’ve seen because it perfectly encapsulates this. It’s not motivating to see someone who ought to succeed do so, because it’s expected. What lights my soul on fire is seeing people who have no reason to believe they can win and who have every reason to give up decide to push on anyway. Winning that fight is more important than anything.
One of the many scenes which I like in this film is when Drago's son is sparring with him. Drago realises the power that his son has and in some ways, you can also see how his son has built up so much anger that it was directed toward his father. When Drago pushes him away, it is clear that he appreciates how much rage is within his son.
I just watched creed 2 and loved the relationship that they portrayed between them. Alot of anger and admiration from the son coupled with guilt and pain that the dad uses to make him keep being the best about his mum. And from dads side admiration and love for his son to be the best but also manipulation with his feelings and guilt in the end for pushing him too hard. And they didn't even have to talk much lol 😅
The difference is Rocky teaching Creed to absorb pain. Ivan teaching his son to give pain. Edit-OMG 2K likes .... Man thanks for it. I want one more movie in which drago wins and unites with his family back but now as a changed man.

Yeah always for me so anytime i'm outside running and it gets to this part, man I increse my pase, give out all the best i can for one minute nonstop. I always use this song as my last workout run for the day which is full of intensity
I just noticed the interactions between Drogo and his son in this scene. Taking the water from his dad and FEELING the animosity between the two is NUTS. Especially when Drago's son was hitting his father on the training pads, the looks between them was chilling. Not to mention that Drago's son was both trying to hold back his rage and defy his father as well. Drago's son was a caged animal not of his own creation and it showed!
Creed 2 was a very emotional movie. The transition that Adonis had to make from boy to man was touching because in LIFE if you really want success you must go through hell there is no other way to explain it! Stallone is a master at this, he can bring the best out of people athletically.
One of the best scenes to experience in a cinema. The way the ‘runnin’ lyrics just bounce from one speaker to another is what makes this scene a peace of art
This movie helped me through some of the toughest times of my life and motivated me to quit smoking entirely and working out at 6AM and 6PM Every. Single. Day. It’s all about your mind, if i can do it, then so can you! Keep Going!
Adonis getting up in the roadway after he falls in his face is seriously the message of the entire rocky franchise in the matter of a few seconds. Amazing.
I liked how viktor was training to dish out punishment to be the unstoppable force and creed was training his stamina and endurance which was basically training to be the immovable object
Y’know, originally when I saw Adonis slamming that hammer into the ground, I thought, “That doesn’t look too hard.” Then for my job I wound up having to break down some door slabs with a sledgehammer in the same way, and it was exhausting as FUCK (note, it was also pretty hot that day). Needless to say, I’m not gonna underestimate someone’s training routine again.
I'm almost 3 years into my fitness lifestyle and I never regretted it!!! Thanks to this scene for helping me take that decision back in 2018 November after a bad heartbreak...
Fighting Hard Fighting Strong Fighting Harder this scene is such a strength builder and motivational tool because when you given all that you have and you stumble and fall God is right there always telling you Get Up because you can always go longer you can always get stronger you can always Fight Hard then Fight Harder nothing but blessings to the creed Franchise
This scene right here is the only reason I never quit. After severe depression, almost a suicidal attempt and 2 breakups I got myself together and now I’m working out everyday giving my 100% no matter what! Stay strong my friends!
I remember sitting on the chair in the movies back in 2019 and watching Creed 2 with my friends. As soon as the boxes blasted A$AP Rocky I've gotten goosebumps! Everytime I feel less motivated, I watch this and get more motivated than ever.
Man i used to watch this when i started working out again 3 years ago and turning my life around. STILL gives me the chills and feel like i gotta do more!!!
This is powerful stuff. Rocky broke his limits a few times over his boxing career, defining moments like training for Apollo 2, training for the Clubber rematch after losing and breaking through his shell once again and defeating the invincible man, and again when Drago killed Apollo which pushed Rocky to a whole new level so he could stand on even ground with Drago. Now he's imparted that philosophy to Adonis and it's fucking poetic to watch in this scene, Rocky gave Adonis something more valuable than any amount of money can buy
Sometimes in order to achieve greatness, we’ve got to cut off a piece of ourselves. It will hurt and be hard to let go. But if we let go what’s weighing us down, the skies the limit
Very regularly, I am teased and bullied for my short stature. This scene alone made me channel all of the criticism I’ve taken into training. If I can’t be tall, then I can be strong.
This movie got me out of a dark period in my life, it showed me that you can overcome every problem in your life, and that do can do everything you set your mind to such a good Movie

One of the many scenes which I like in this film is when Drago's son is sparring with him. Drago realises the power that his son has and in some ways, you can also see how his son has built up so much anger that it was directed toward his father. When Drago pushes him away, it is clear that he appreciates how much rage is within his son.

this isn't ur first time coming here and for sure it won't be ur last
To tell you the truth, this motivates me to train to become a bodybuilder, and hopefully I will become 1st in the mr universe bodybuilding competition.
I'll remember the name 😊😁
Lol you need steroids to achieve that and taking those is fucking stupid and not healthy
All I’ll say is god bless you and may you climb your mountain
TDSnozzle somebody got bad genetics
You got this
This is how you make a sequel
You hear Star Wars?
Different movies bro
Stars wars could have been an amazing franchise but THE LAST JEDI that's why stars wars is bad
Agreed!
@@brandonc3361 star wars is not bad, the last jedi is just a bad star wars movie and Disney made the sequels not george Lucas so sw is not bad it is one of the best franchises out there
Boss John man Disney made the sequels u dumb?
Nothing will ever top a Rocky like training montage. So inspirational.
That Rocky savage training style is the best👍👑🔝
this montage makes me overcome 2 years of depression
you never had depression if this makes you overcome it
4:18 hits different to me. Even in 2022. It’s one of the best montage ever made for a movie
reminds me of rocky in rocky 2 sprinting fast asf
This was more mental than physical. I really appreciate that Rocky’s focus was giving Creed his heart back. Get to know the feeling of hell so you can take it back to heaven
3:59 Instant Goosebumps.
0:50
Yeah always for me so anytime i'm outside running and it gets to this part, man I increse my pase, give out all the best i can for one minute nonstop. I always use this song as my last workout run for the day which is full of intensity
@@suleimanmoreno2479 i do the exact same thing!!!!!
For me 4:18
I just noticed the interactions between Drogo and his son in this scene.
Man, this Creed 2 training montage set the bar too high, Creed 3 couldn't match up.
we’ll it didn’t have rocky in it
Agreed
For real
This movie helped me through some of the toughest times of my life and motivated me to quit smoking entirely and working out at 6AM and 6PM Every. Single. Day.
It’s all about your mind, if i can do it, then so can you! Keep Going!
Adonis getting up in the roadway after he falls in his face is seriously the message of the entire rocky franchise in the matter of a few seconds. Amazing.
*This is literally one the most EPIC scenes of ALL TIME!!!*
Mmm...i don't think so. Rocky was Epic. Creed Is commercial
3:58 this shit gave me chills In the theater cause it was going back and forth from left to right speakers all around this training montage is dope
The running scene is a tribute to rocky 4. Gives me goosebumps every time i watch it.
Nobody is unbreakable, but we can be unshakable. Dig deep, train hard. Look deeper and watch that pain depart.
This scene made the movie for me. Reminds me of the winter training scene in Rocky IV.
if you ever need motivation, this scene is the definition of resilience
4:20 reminds me of the cop from cloudy of the chance of meatballs the way he runs. LMAO 😂
50 subs with vids cause i suck I was cracking up in theater bro it was funny
Looks like when a chicken stabilizes its head while running.
I like how Creed 2 focused less on knockout punches and put big emphasis on Body Shots
This is THE best training scene of any rocky or creed movie. Creed 3 was cool... but this one was freaking epic.
This scene right here is the only reason I never quit. After severe depression, almost a suicidal attempt and 2 breakups I got myself together and now I’m working out everyday giving my 100% no matter what! Stay strong my friends!
Great job man! Keep up the good work! Keep in mind working out boots mental health as well as physical! Best of luck!
Crazy how motivating this scene is
This scene alone got me to stop being depressed during the pandemic and start working out at home again. Films can be more powerful then people think
Finally the hd scenes have arrived. This movie is so liiit 🔥
Rocky helped expand strengthen Adonis will and endurance. Will/Endurance = Heart
Legendary movie!
When I hear rocky speak and give advice, I feel like he’s talking to me 💪💪💪
Creed * gets ran over by Nazi tank and nuked by the USA*
Rocky: “get up kid.”
3:09 I just got major chills
Best training montage in the series by far.
Rocky 4>>>>>
Sometimes in order to achieve greatness, we’ve got to cut off a piece of ourselves. It will hurt and be hard to let go. But if we let go what’s weighing us down, the skies the limit
I am preparing for competitive exams and wNt to fight like this but in ways of studies...wish me luck
@@laughinglaufey4704Good luck to you. Exams can be brutal but then so is everything great thing in life
Very regularly, I am teased and bullied for my short stature. This scene alone made me channel all of the criticism I’ve taken into training. If I can’t be tall, then I can be strong.
Winners find a way, losers whine.
You did the former, king. Be proud of yourself.
Just tore both my achilles within these past two years, seeing this motivates me to NOT give up and keep it pushing always!
This movie got me out of a dark period in my life, it showed me that you can overcome every problem in your life, and that do can do everything you set your mind to such a good Movie
NOTHING BEATS THIS MONTAGE! idc how many edits or creed movies are made, this one scene is the most iconic. the music brooo
Michael B Jordan's body in this movie is my dream physique. Literally sculpted of pure muscle from head to toe.
Realistically and naturally attainable within a year of proper nutrition and workout
It doesn’t have to just be a dream physique! Work hard, eat right, and eventually you’ll get there!
This scene has made me not give up on life.
I swear this scene makes you want to be *BEST* you can be! Powerful 💪🏾💪
Undoubtedly the best montage out of the three movies. Chills man….
Viktor is a very very angry man ..... he have nothing!... no friends, no mother , no money, no wife.....only his father
He saw his father kicked out of Russia and his mother abandoned him. Everyone knew that one kid growing up that sat at the back of the class in school and went home to nothing...that is Viktor.
He has money surely from those fights he won.
Sergio Meza they did underground fights but his wife probably kept most of his money when she left him.
@@OperatorOG He had a wife?!
@@nugget7058 he means Ivan's wife, Viktor's mom.
One of the greatest training montage of all time....
Watching this inspired me to work harder I stress fractured two vertebrae’s and popped my right hip out and lost cartilage between some joints but I got up and started running and completed the Spartan Race Trifecta in 2019 while in high school even when my hip popped out in the super on mile 5 I dragged my leg behind me for 8 miles because I refused to take no for an answer
Caleb Montgomery
Awesome
Doesn't matter how many times i see any of the rocky or creed movies I am always inspired!!!!
