I think I should have seen this video many years ago. I an ancient and my right knee is really painful and my balance is VERY bad. I am 95 and have tried exercises but stopped too soon. You explained so well and say there is no hurry and measure by breaths. I don’t walk enough either but really want to become painless so will persevere.. thank you both

I love this video and tried it today for the first time. I am so excited and I know that I will start to feel better. As long as I do this I do have rheumatoid arthritis and I've had it for 30 years I have, but every medication you can imagine including biologicals, but I want to feel better I can't move and I feel that I've put on weight and areas. I don't want like my thighs and stomach, I just hit the big 60 and I can't believe it. I want to look good and feel good at 60. This is just the start.!

I am 67 & after a straightforward ankle op I had a life threatening event. This gave me 5 weeks in bed followed by 7 weeks non weight bearing. I also had a gutter walker which consequently has meant my body has stopped working. My arthritis in my knees is awful, some days I can’t barely walk & my back hurts after the slightest walk. Thank you so much for this video.
I like the yoga teacher's voice is common soothing and I like the physical therapist turning sideways so we can see the positions better. I feel so much better after these

I fell on my left hip at work in 2016 and it's never been the same. so tight and painful.... I'm 61 and am so happy to have found this channel! I also just bought one of those vibrating plates to move the lymphatic system. I have a re-bounder, but I think the plate will be much better. Anyway, I loved this and am inspired to continue. When able to get down to the floor you can buy a thick exercise mat - diff sizes and thickness. Just an idea. : )
