That dashi stock makes this dish superb. If ribeye is not available, try sukiyaki cut of beef it's leaner (but it doesn't have the same fat and marbling like the ribeye) but it still taste awesome, and cheaper. I added togerashi + scallions + some bits of nori wrapper and it added that umami flavor on the dish - ubos agad ung kanin! :)
