    napaka simpleng lutuin nito pero sobra dami tao nag kakamali pag nag luluto nito either sobra alat or sobra asim, parang adobo. solid ninong ry.

    My grandma uses sprite or 7up for the marination whenever she cooks bistek… I miss her cooking so much…I’ll try your recipe and maybe add the sprite to have the nostalgic taste of my grandma’s bistek version.

    Ninong Ry, I'm a big fan. Suggest ko lang sana ninong na apply kahit compressor lang for your audio to make the levels even lang. Sometimes kasi dahil hindi siya compressed, ang sakit sa tenga sa times na nilalakas niyo boses niyo especially kapag naka full volume yung earphones/headset nung nakikinig. Yung lang Ninong.     Yung ganitong Less than 10mins na vid ang ok at tolerable panuorin at pag aksayahan ng oras. Pero still, sa 9:44mins nitong vid madami pa ring aksaya sa oras na pwede ring alisin. Gets ko naman more watch minutes mas ok pero yeah kada new upload tapos makikita mong more than 30mins or halos 1hr na eh di na worth it panuorin pa.

    enzyme nadedenaturate ang magandang term hindi namamatay because they act as a catalyst in biochemical processes tulad ng pagpapa tenderize ng karne. they are not living things unlike ng yeast. wala lang share ko lang.

    Nagpapa lambot ng karne e kalamansi or better if liquified ginger (blender yung ginger and water), marinade for at least 6 hrs. Kahit hardest steak lalambot. Try and thank me later.
