Gosh how can the steering wheel on the X3 M40i get so lucid? How many miles you have on it?
At the time of recording it had around 11K miles. Do you mean steering doesn't look new anymore? :)

The iX is definitely huge on the inside compared to an X3. Also it will seem a lot more futuristic.
Performance in the XDrive50 is amazing, flat floor in the back and legroom is amazing.
Don't bother with the M60

Thanks for stopping by. Looks like you already got an answer. yes absolutely I found BMW iX a larger vehicle than X3 M40i. Also I was very pleased on how BMW executed the whole chassis in this vehicle. From my research iX M60 is also not something I would go for unless you really want even faster car. I think iX xDrive50 is plenty powerful and quite athletic. My only curiosity now in regular suspension vs air suspension. The one I had came with air suspension and that was tuned very well. Curious to see how regular suspension is tuned, is it also versatile where it's comfortable and still quite sporty.

Yes IX m60 has standard air suspension where xDrive50 it is optional. Air suspension makes this car very comfy. Especially in the city on bad roads it smoothens everything out very well, i think base steel suspension will be more reactive to bumps, but not sure how much, it might be still very comfy
I would replace my X5 with this if it wasnt so damn ugly. I'll wait for nieu classe update. That huge arseface grille is hideous.
Thanks for the feedback. I think this design language with huge kidney grills is the most criticized design made by BMW, yet they are reluctant to admit and change. Maybe Neue Klasse is the answer to all this, let's see. I definitely liked how BMW tuned air suspension in BMW IX, but would not get this car for exact same reason.
Having traded my X5 45e for an IX50, the looks grow on you. I am loving it
