I recently got 2 stents through Angioplasty in my heart and I am fine now. My humble request to fellow people who are in to heavy smoking , drinking as well as eating junk food / outside food or have have regular habit of doing swiggy/Zomato , please please please stop all these activities as soon as possible if you are in age bracket of 30 plus and above . If you are not prohibiting such things you are certainly inviting death !
