Installed it today based on this video. Absolutely impressed, even Cloud games work rather well on SteamDeck. Athough the 60 fps from local play is better and not all games are cloud playable.
does this work if you only have gamepass on your PC and not an xbox console itself? Also are you able to play on full 1280x800? It is hard to tell from the video.
This App is on the Linux Store now for free which is great. My only issue it's recognizing my controller as player 2, how do I get it to recognize my deck as player 1? Also when I turn my TV off the app will go black.... Anyway to get around that?
When I try to log in on the app it says 'Failed getting console, enable remote features on your console'. I have Enable remote features and PlayTo streaming checked off. I have the Sleep mode active and not energy saving. I've restarted my xbox. Any ideas on what could be wrong?
You did force restart? Press hold xbox power button unit it reboots? Had this issue the other day. Make sure app and xbox updated, try that and the connect while xbox is on. Call me paranoid but everytime I stop streaming now I do the following. 1. Press hold nexus select turn off console. 2. Then click xbplay tab on screen and press quit before closing app.
@@xboxreforged I was able to get it on the steam deck ap on my phone for some reason it just wouldn’t pop up searching on my steam deck. But it def works and it’s awesome thanks
Works great. Literally purchased and installed this five minutes ago and had zero issues doing so. If you can’t log in , you should probably double check your Xbox settings and make sure you have game pass ultimate

It didn’t for me, I had to turn my Xbox on to turn on remote features, so my xbplay streams off my Xbox. Did u find a way to connect w window?
