Nicely put Anoushka.. The devaluation etc. turned into blatant punishment in the last few months before the disgard.. I was constantly defending myself from a crazy paranoia that i couldn't compete with... No matter what you said or did you couldn't win or even be heard, the more you made sense the more skewed they would make it.... It was like a sadistic game... Thankyou...
I don't know if they 'plan' the discard, they just treat you worse so, you might take the insult, or nor know why or what they want. Do they want you to leave? Are they trying to get you to leave? It may not be clear and dramatic.
They set it up that way. If they hurt you and you dare talk about it, you are complaining too much and now they have a reason to leave you. Narcissist are so phony.

My female narcassist never gave me a bad discard, She just told me "she didn't love me anymore" I never had any nasty comments or got slagged off by her, I accepted her wishes,and went no contact She a few days later "asked to be friends" this I declined. She was a 100 % narcassitic, apart from the discard and I never received a hoover , So anoushka I disagree with this podcast from my situation! This I didn't understand, especially when I hear these podcasts!

I told them I didn't do fb or social media . I did tell her by email that I knew she was a narcassist and if she was ever to contact me again ,I knew who she was. I said her asking to be friends was a tell tale sign. Not had any hoovers as anoushka and others state you get one after the 8 month to a year stage, Discard was strange, As two days later she contacted me like nothing had happened. I did say "why are you contacting me" She said can't we be civil🤣 8/10 things she did exactly like a narcassist Tbh the discard and hoover keep me ruminating,and tbh I have looked at her fb and the page hasn't changed for 2 yrs, I nw she still uses it, as occasionally there is a message or too on it ,but you can tell its bern kept private. Had it done to me after 8 years.was never 50/50.the lies cheating disrespect. Time heals all .went no contact now its 1 day at a time.
