They had new supply within 5 days of me walking out. Plus I called them out as a narcissist, so they are done with me as much as I am done with them
Never happend to me.There was; leaving marriage without WORD,stone walling for 3 years , disappearing.Not answering even for emails and cooperation towards potential divorce.

I kind of look at it like a kid and their toy box. The Narcissist is always searching new toys and when they get bored of them, they toss them in the toy box. Though once a new toy becomes stale, they'll try to go back into that toy box and find an old toy that'll hopefully help their boredom. Every toy in that box is special and unique, but because they have attachment issues, none of them are actually enough to keep the narc happy.

Yes if you were good supply. Their abandonment anxiety is exponential but the try to hide it. They can't hide their fears. They don't think in rational terms.
Social media is making things worse. I can't stand fb anymore as it's rife. People's unconscious behaviours are seeping out. No matter who comes into our lives, we have to take 100% self-responsibility, and in doing so, be aware of what you're allowing. Be well everyone
About 1yr ago my ex and I were watching TH-cam videos and your video came up and he said whatever you do dont watch this crazy lady, shes just out there, so we continued watching other videos, when I got home I put you on and started watching wow. I left him right away haven't heard from him 4 months later he wished me a Happy Birthday by text I stayed silent it's now 8 months and hopefully he got the pic!!! Love your videos!!! ❤

I tend to agree. Even if they don't message, they give other signals such as stories with songs they know you like, or if you are a foreigner, post songs in your language. Or even like a video you shared on TikTok. Small subtle things to show you a tiny bit of interest.
Agree 100%. Still hurts. She is completely silent. No love bombing etc. I hope she has not contacted me to save me from more grief.

YES, i swear i still feel an energetic connection. I was married to him for over 20 years. I have no contact, hes blocked on everything. I moved over an hour away. I do have adult children who seem to always bring him up to tell me about him even though i tell them i dont want to hear about him. I still feel an energetic link i can seem to escape. Its been over 6 years... How do i get rid of that invading energetic connection??
She’s already got a replacement I believe and never reaches out so I guarantee I’m not missed in the slightest even for a surface level bond or what I was able to provide lol. Kinda makes me feel extra alone since I suffer alone at times but I think I’m improving too

I first came across these videos when I was caught by a headline. "How the Narcissist treats her husband." Those ten descriptions of narcissistic behavior sounded like my Russian wife falling out of the Narcissist Tree and hitting every branch on the way down.
After reading this, I was starkly aware my wife was absolutely a narcissist. My problem was accepting that someone could actually perform in this manner, and have no guilt or regret. How could they come back, sobbing that they miss you, missing their home.and gardens, after walking out of the marriage, immediately moving in with someone else, methodically seducing them, buying expensive lingerie and working hard to win them using sex, when she never gave you any serious intimacy as a wife in five years of marriage?
When she came back bawling her eyes out, repeating "I miss you, I miss you, I miss you, I asked her, "Do you even realize you never even said you were sorry for betraying me?" She acted like I never asked the question. 🙄 The very next day, she was off on a trip with the guy she was still trying to manipulate using sex. Didn't sound to me like he was really buying her story; she told me she would be moving into a small apartment! Ha ha ha ha ha! 😆
I am amazed how quickly they can change from one personality to another. My wife would actually look at me with a snarling smirk and say, "I am evil!" She wrote to me saying she was an "Evil Fiend". For me, there is an element of demon possession that sends a shiver through me. There are two people in there because I have talked to them both.

Bro, what you described there is exactly my ex-wife. She can change colors like a friggin chameleon. Although in my case, we're fighting in court for custody and assets. WTFH she's so unremorseful after running off fucking g another guy and getting pregnant, not once, but twice!! Second baby of theirs was born and she passed it off as my child, gaslighting me to think it's mine!! Well, of course I have a case now for impugning the legitimacy of the child. There's an adultery case too and Nullity of marriage. I'll make her rot in jail and then in frickin hell!! After many years of her abuse, it's time for her to get her just judgement!!😢
I exposed her after she discarded me ..I don’t think she’ll come back ..whether or not she hopes I come back ..I highly doubt it ..not in this lifetime..
It's been 2.5 years I left her and divorced. She got married for the 3rd time with her next. Yet, she's still running her smear campaign about me.

Glad I'm not in that crazy situation anymore, if anyone is struggling, it does take self soothing and blocking out the thoughts of the Narc, nor answering calls or ruminating, being busy is the solution trust me. spend time with your own energy, stay single for a while, I stayed single for 3 years awsome, its important you self cleanse ,because if you don't , you will have trigger behaviours, even characteristics you took on from the Narc.I am now very careful who I choose to be around , and I can defiantly say ive had arleaste 3 more encounters with Narcs and stepped aside without triggering them.
I am still choosing not to rush any connection as there sees to be more and more of these people walking the earth, its weird ! so its so important not to be around unhealed individuals, this will trigger you 100% especially needy types I just got rid of 2 a client and a friend I started talking to from the states , one was literally living through me , clinging on to my connections if I spoke to someone mimicking my behaviours , where I was going to go out, would be a suggestion , no sense of self, luckily hes contract ended last month so now I don't need to answer his calls or LOL text for every message he would send me out the blue, the other got real funny when I said I wanted 4 weeks not talking as America has a 5 hour time difference so I as getting calls at 3am, when I said can you not call now as I'm studying, I;; reach put when I'm not busy, wow the reaction and look over the video call told me everything so I wont be bonding back with that person anyone, that type of clinginess from such a distance is scary! , so I will slowly pull away too from that one, and not call again.
its a fact Narcs just seem to sniff us out like drug hunting dogs. I'm in heaven right now, meet someone who I'm talking too, but not shown interest just friendship, as I want to see how consistent they are.... this is the way to go small baby steps, go out meet people don't hide away, get out! have fun, it gets easier believe me. Eventfully you will break free its our choice to choose let Narcs be Narcing with Narcs!! let that circus pass by, and wave it on.

Definitely appreciate this, from my experience, some exes, ex friends, ex family members, poured on the “Love”, I thought, it was real, it was at the time, very confusing. Now, I see it for what it is. I truly, know, and love myself more, I not talking conceit, but a strong, healthy respect for me, and others that are truly like me. I don’t care if any, narcissists may, or may not secretly want me to crawl back, so I can suffer more of their I’ll influence and or intentions. If they hate me, let them. No apologies necessary,(but respected) as far as triggers go. I get this will, and can ,happen from time to time. I do believe it’s part, of healing, even if it takes more time than expected. Thank you for sharing this with all of us.🕊 Ps. If you’re being secretly spied on. Again. I say, let them, they can “go and love themselves”, someone else will also see them for who they truly are. And call them out too. Karma.
He’s given up on trying to get me back now. It’s been 2 months since the last Hoover and I’ve not heard a peep which is exactly what’s needed. I couldn’t cope with any contact from him again

Mine discarded me after cheating, blamed everything on me. I was in a desperate phase begged her to forgive me for not being enough. I went no contact when she made the relationship with the other guy official. She reached out a couple times saying that im childish by cutting her of. Shes 2 months into the relationship and 4 weeks since she last contacted me yet she still stalks me through fake profiles. Makes me confusing

We used to live in a three-room apartment. I got discarded. Things did not go as planned for her, the new supply was smarter than I was. Now she's living with her parents, while I'm getting myself together, living in a six-room house with our son whose legal custody I got. No doubt I'm sorely missed now.

Her favorite toy was a man who gave in for over 10 years. So I'm sure when she reaches back and finds me it is only because the other toy stopped working.

The digs she has made and the attempts at making me jealous would suggest she wants me back. But it’s such a weird dynamic as it feels like it’s not possible for her to cross the half way line and say sorry or for her to take accountability for her actions. So as such it’s not possible for her to say, I miss you, I love you and please come back. It is just like a child folding their arms in a huff and saying I’m not going to say sorry unless you do first. The sad fact is they are self destructive individuals and will end their days alone

As I was packing up and moving out, my ex wife in a moment of clarity between rage fits said this little gem; "Now I will never meet someone who doesn't smoke." She didn't say anything about me as a person, not anything about being sorry, or anything about saving our marriage, because all that I was to her was someone who didn't smoke. As sad as I was, in the long run the joke has been on her, because I am knocking it out of the park!
I think my last one started struggling with the care and closeness I was giving. And she hid the struggling. She said I felt too comfortable and familiar. Actually, I think it was the intimacy she found stressful, caused real stress within her, so made excuses at the end. She would rather have me stay in her life, but not intimate, because she can't do it. Sadly though, this is not good and needs serious help, because it otherwise hurts them AND those who love and care and wanted to be with them.
Maybe she was scared to share her sacred business to someone not knowing how they'd judge her..i'm sure she knew she had some work to do.

She felt bad seeing your pure and genuine intentions when she was intentionally manipulate. She did not want to feel the emotions as it would present her from focusing in her manipulative Goal. Don't think she felt bad because she loved you. No, she did not want to feel guilty.

You pretty much can’t expect a person to give your that real love and affection when they never was taught or felt love through out they childhood on up to they adult years . My Ex gf use 2 say "U r the one who always gives 80-100 % for this relationship. When I asked Why is that? Her reply always "I'm Trying!". I saw a video by Diagnosed NPD Coach Leon Walker. He talked about the 20-80 rule. He would give 20% & expect his partners to give 80%. I now understand.

My ex narc friend was very obvious about what shes missing about me because she was always more curious about if I'm still doing that "thing", or she hasn't seen me do that "thing", or would mention that I have not been doing that "thing" for quite a while...
she hardly showed any care about my well being aside of ... if I'm still alive.
I'm off course always doing that "thing" but I keep it private out of her sight, its just sad that she has been just viewing me as the person who does that "thing" and skips almost everything about me, except small details she can weaponize against me

My Narcissist is So Bad, I can’t make this up. It’s my daughter “ she has 5 kids now…. 3 different daddy’s… BUT THIS IS HIW SHE WENT FOR THE 5 th one…. I….! Have practically Raised all 4!!! #3 was so her BF wouldn’t leave her, 4 came to try & give him a boy! Long story…. Ok.. I went NO CONTACT ONE 1/2 years ago… after 6 months…. She got pregnant with #5…! But made he brother swore not to tell me. So of Course I’m going to find out.. Duh..! She sent me a Tex when, weight, and a fake name in my opinion, to Get ME Her babysitter Back!! I DID NOT ANSWER THAT TEX! Oh she’s PO’d…. & B/C my dumbass Son kept it from me…. He’s Gone too. But he’s a narcissist too!
