I leased this car Feb 2020 and I love it... one point tho, you forgot to press the "S" button under the gear lever which gives it a 0.05% more beans :D
Was legitimately impressed by this car at the auto show this year. Sharp exterior, clean interior with great seats. Bring back the SE-R Spec V with a 6 speed and I'd consider one.

One of the many things that imo make Sarah so sweet is that she's very encouraging and supportive. You can tell by how she roots and cheers for the vehicles that are a bit under-powered. :)
I think the sentra is really a city car, a daily driver kinda car with family in mind, you don't want something too fast but just enough to get you where you want to go without breaking the speed limit: (work, grocery store, pick up kids from school, gym, home) it's not bad.
Today I traded my 2018 Challenger RT Destroyer grey with the Tremec 6 speed manual trans on a Brand new 2020 Dodge Charger RT Scat pack in the new color called Smoke Show . 392 ,and fully loaded ,Brembo brakes ,and all . I'm 71 years old ,and I'm only going to live once . What a machine . Love your channel Sarah . God bless you young lady .You're a very special person . Never lose the fine qualities you have .Take care ,and stay safe , and above all stay cool out there .........
That is definitely a panda car. I agree with you that Nissan can definitely make you sport version of that car. Your reviews always excellent Sarah. Great video
East or West Sarah is the best. I really appreciate you do take your time To bring up great review combined with great humor. Good to see you do enjoy like us. Nice eye lashes though.
B13 was back when Nissan was a lot more performance oriented. The commuter was willing to run with the big dogs and the SE-R would catch everyone off guard. They found out fast that the wing on that thing meant trouble. Its ability to corner was an added bonus. Nissan is almost there with this one, but it needs a true enthusiast drive train and a diet.
Great review(s) as usual. I lose interest in a car as soon as I know it's underpowered and/or as soon as I hear it has a CVT. That Sentra is a good looking car. The design is great. It's really too bad that so many Automakers are either cancelling cars altogether or are stuffing them with ever weaker engines in the name of efficiency. Boring isn't going to sell that well. I believe this would be a great car for someone to buy and replace the engine and transmission with something in the range of a 2.4 to 3.5 litre range, possibly turbocharged and with either a 6 speed manual or 8 speed Automatic. If it handles that well I am sure it would be a great car then.
Don't all mammals have tongues? Also, crows are smart little shits and have the ability to remember faces and behaviors of humans they've come into contact with even after not seeing said particular person over 5 years ago. Yay! I’m glad you reviewed the Sentra! I Love the design 🔥I just watched a review from these Canadian guys, I clicked off as they just roasted it the whole video. I’m glad I saw yours. You are relatable to us regular buyers and owners. Great on the price and cons. I agree it needs a manual 6-speed and a nismo version to compete with the Civic Si then these will sell like Hotcakes.
I remember the old Sentras of 1989, 1990, the majority equipped as taxis where I live because of its price, low maintenance costs, reliability and long lasting service. After watching the video of the flamboyant driver reviewing a 1 million USD sedan and scoring it at 62%, it’s a relief that a car which is 3% that budget gets a quite similar qualification in beans, cookies and the other snacks.
I wanted a 1992 Sentra SE-R back in the day and now for 2022 here in Canada they offer a Sentra SR with a 6 Speed manual and im getting one :) . I love your channel great content with a unique style
Oh my god ! Wasn’t expecting a review that funny! Not only entertaining, but a review right on point on what we're looking when we want to buy a car. Just sad about 2.6 cookies. I bought that exact same car, same trim and colour, and I just love it !! 🤪🤟
Actually, not a bad little compact. Agree it wd be better to have Mo Power, and possibly some add’l options performance-wise. There will always be drivers who don’t care about speed or perf and simply want a transpo vehicle, altho I think that’s missing out on some of what life offers. Thank you Sarah, and Bless your OCD, and humor. 😎
I totally agree with you about the super heavy hood. Yup, the hood by itself weight 3000 pounds like you said. They should have made if out of aluminum like the Nissan Altima. Thanks for the review!
Great review, Sarah. You're right about Nissan, as a corporate entity. They're lost and don't know what to do. Their former CEO smuggled himself out of Japan in a wooden crate, to avoid criminal prosecution! The car is actually pretty good looking; just underpowered. Keep up the great work. Love your channel.
Actually, all birds do have tongues, including crows. But no teeth, they instead may have some serration to the edge of their beaks like geese have. However....I had to Google this to look it up!
Had two sentras over the years. A 1992 xe and 2006 SER Spec V. No trouble with either one except paint quality after close to 150 thousand miles. Both had standard transmissions.
I've had no experience with Sentra (yet), but I have had three Nissan's in the last 12 years and only had to bring one of them back when a plastic cover came off under the passenger side of the car. And that's been about it. Nothing else has ever gone wrong with any of them.
We own one of these and a 2020 Altima, the 2.5 188hp from that altima should be an option in this Sentra. So fun to drive but yes more hp and maybe gears or at least paddles
@@GravityMvLi do miss the B13.. still the best car ever even tho Nissan ended production of it here in the Philippines back in 2000.. i wish we had it up to 2017 like yours…
I had a B14 -- 1990 SE-R. It was my first new car at 18 years old. I paid 13k for it out the door with a 5k down payment because I had no credit and you actually had to be reasonably well qualified to finance any car in the 90's. The 2nd day after I bought it I got it up to 138 mph on highway 38 in the high desert in Cal. Drove it like I stole it every day with zero issues until I traded up 2 years later.

Totally agree. It’s a nice car looking with a not so powerful engine. This car deserves at least 240hp to get an entry level “sport badge” and I believe Nissan can do it very easily.
