  • This loving yin sequence will help you connect with the lower part of your body. In deep awareness you will help your hips and legs to open up and release pent-up emotions. We will cultivate gratitude for this part of your body and gently sink into stillness.
    Yin is a slow and meditative style of yoga where you hold the poses for longer. The focus is on surrendering in to the pose, sitting with all the sensations that arrive and ultimately experiencing a deep letting go and a sense of calm. I hope you find time this week to nourish your body, deeply rest and restore with this yin yoga sequence for your hips and psoas muscle.
    For this class you might want to grab a pillow or a folded blanket.
    REMEMBER: There are so many emotions stored in our hips. Poses like the ones in this class can cause a release and allow old emotions to escape. So, be patient and gentle with yourself.

    Thanks so much for giving this class for free on you tube! Because I am in a very heavy time of my life with lots of emotional , mental and psysical problems this yoga feels so good now, the slow moving, taking time to get in and stay in a posture, and of course your gentle and soft voice talking us through indeed nourishing and challenging practice. What really helps me is taking very long and deep breaths deep into my belly...Hope you keep giving this TLC ( tender love and care) for body , mind, heart and soul to the world!     The bare female does it again! Thank you so much for this practice. Truly. I am recovering from depression and i have a LOT of stored trauma in my lower body/legs.. so i decided to spend these days doing lower body yin to release all that trauma and today. Wow. Your practice is so euphoric, gentle, and loving. Knowing that yin yoga is a practice of release, i truly love how much LOVE was put into this. Thank you for making this the safest space!!❤❤

    Yoga is one of these things I love the most. I love. Yoga. Dresses. Faires. Princesses. Dolls. High heels. Balerinas shoes. Clothes. Meditation. Ballet and more but yoga is so high on my list. This is a beautiful expierence.

    forgot how important yoga is. it helps me remember my body and just being. you are my favorite teacher. I feel so much better after giving my body the space to let go of energies thank you for this. I don’t have to force my body into anything I’m just going to be me

    Thank you very much, bare female woman! I learned a lot, and I am now 72 and the first time I can touch the ground while my legs are straight, the lower body session is just right for me now.     Thankyou for the video. But could you pleaease talk far less during the long holding periods. Every time I believe, I can finally "listen" to my body, the next loud sentence is spoken. Such a pitty. This is not relaxing.
