Everyone says that falling asleep is the best option whan you are sick but my stomach hurts so much that I can’t fall asleep and I hate it because I’m very tired but I can’t sleep because of the stomach pain Plus it’s raining outside and it’s very loud which makes it even harder to fall asleep.. you are mot alone guys! i have cyclic vomiting syndrome (CVS is characterized as recurring episodes of nausea lasting a single day to multiple weeks) and i did this for the first time today during one of my morning episodes and it is BY FAR the fastest thing that has worked for me. i've tried prescriptions, physical therapy, and more diets than you can think of and this right here just got rid of my nausea in 11 minutes. thank you so much truly, definitely will be subbing
