  • Join me for this 18-minute yoga practice you can do anytime and anywhere to help aide in digestion and reset your system! Whether you have been on the road, in a rut, or enjoying eating rich foods, this session will help you keep your lymphatic system and digestive health on track! Use asana and breath work to massage the internal organs & tap into the gut as a center of your knowingness and intuition.
    This all-levels practice will invite you to focus on sensation in asana. Detoxify and flush out any toxins. Lovingly deepen your relationship with your guts to help your body perform well!

    I've been doing yoga for nearly 5 years and people always ask me why I follow these videos instead of doing my own practice, which I would have enough skill for. But if I'm being honest, I don't watch Adriene because I feel like I need her to guide me through the practice but because she is so calming and therapeutic to listen to. Adriene you say the right things at the right time and I feel like I've found a friend in you. You're a bit like my daily therapist appointment. I can think my anxious thoughts but also silence them if I need to. You hold up a mirror to my face and it helps me see things clearer. Thank you so much for the past 5 years, I'm looking forward to many more, my friend. Sending you a Namaste from Austria.

    It is also my birthday today. At 73, I can still laugh at myself - I apologised to Adriene for pausing her while I answered the door. I don’t think she minded, after all , she wasn’t live, her video is a year old. Happy 23rd day of Honour from a wet, gloomy day in NE England. Thankyou to Adriene for making this nightmare year bearable 🙏

    ok, so quarantine has been really hard, as someone who suffers from an eating disorder. Despite this, I have been waking up every day, and doing yoga, and finishing the day as well. This practice was a life saver tonight, because I could feel my thoughts spiraling and twirling into a massive pit of anxiety and body hate. I just stopped and decided to do some digestive yoga, and I have to say, without this, I would have had a horrible nights sleep leading to an even worse day tomorrow and the cycle would have started up again. So I thank you for this free practice that literally saved my week.

    I have these random episodes of nausea and my heart races like I'm having a panic attack and it ruins my stomach for the day. I had one today and it feels like a blessing that this video was posted. I'm usually really angry at my gut for "betraying" me, but this helps me heal and celebrate it today!

    I have A LOT of gut problems and doing this practice actually made me cry. I could feel the relief instantly. Knowing I’m putting in the work to take care of something that makes my life very difficult at times is a powerful feeling. Thank you for all that you do, Adriene.

    anyone else's abs still a bit sore from day 10? Hahaha. Makes me really appreciate these shorter restorative practices that are sprinkled in, and goes to show how much thought goes into creating these monthly calendars. Thanks Adriene! Day 12 of Courage 2020! :)

    This came in just in time when I was suffering from severe constipation. I now am glad to say that I feel a lot better having done it. I'm legit convinced that Adriene reads our minds before making every video. Thank you, Adriene for yet another lovely practice.

    I suddenly bursted into tears once the video was done! I don’t know why, maybe because I’m not taking care of myself enough these days or at all! But I loved this practice! Thank you 😭❤️
