Its a very basic alpha version of retopoflow 4.0 with only the polypen feature so basically nothing.

it is also free if compile from source. I found this out after a bit of digging. they are making the pro support free apparently though with the blender market thing.. also I alas didn't get to that or crowds in time. [edit: it is the one in the description I mentioned. the cgcookie one.]
