- Ford has brought back the V8 for the Raptor for 2023. Under the hood of the RAM TRX competitor is a supercharged 5.2L V8 that churns out 700HP & is mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission. On the outside you will recognize the 18in wheels wrapped with 37in tires. On the inside you get performance seats and magnesium paddles. Is the 2023 Ford F-150 Raptor R the KING of performance trucks?

Joe, hands down, your reviews are the best, nobody else comes close! The adlibs are priceless - "eargasm" - LOL! Ford pretty much invented this category of street legal offroad truck with the creation of the Raptor. Have to wonder how much longer these uber powerful ICE trucks will be produced. Betting that you won't be able to find one though at anything close to MSRP, dealers will be marking these up to the moon!
You get to drive everything, so seeing you laugh, when you get on throttle, let’s us know it’s a blast. Great video.

Sell the Rideline and use the money to buy an old, low mileage 5.7 Tundra Rock Warrior. Throw on a Magnuson supercharger with a tune and settle for 550hp. $35k or less total.

Man! What an amazing super truck. I would gladly park this truck in my garage and take it over the TRX any day of the week. And that exhaust sound is to die for. With where the world is headed, Ford Performance will not be able to make trucks much longer like the Raptor R and will eventually need to switch to electrification. Let’s enjoy it while we can!

This thing makes my "Standard" 2023 Raptor look weak:) The increase in price is basically all engine. I think its like a $30K option when you build on on Ford's website. Yes I know there is a lot more than that but damn. The one thing I still have to zonk Ford for is still having an old style antenna on the front right fender. I replaced mine with something else day one...

Well you have to go back to the early to mid-2000s when Ford had the lightning and Dodge have the 500 horsepower SRT pick up. Then there's a big gap between 2005 and when the first Raptor came out a little after 2010 and that pretty much ended the street trucks and everything became 400 horsepower and up off-road super trucks. I would say if we're going back to the beginning then I would say trucks like 5.9 Grand Cherokee started all this and the GM cyclone. Those are all trucks from the 90's that had some significance in where trucks are now. Also we can't forget the SS Silverado and the Trailblazer and the Jeep Cherokee SRT.

Waiting to see review of the F150 with their FP700 option. It may be the truck I have been looking for. A factory "Pro Street" version is what I want. Much cheaper than Raptor R--same power. Even quicker (lighter and less wheel mass).

Why on the decal is the first R in Raptor colored red, where in the emblems on the hood and tailgate it is the last R colored? I think the last R colored make more sense. Is that a mistake in the decal?
It's intentional, if you look at the other side of the Raptor the last R is colored, but on the opposite side they made the first R colored to match the position even tho it's different location on the individual words on their sides.

bonjour magnifique vidéo de présentation de ce modèle les ingénieurs de chez ford ont super bien travaille. ce véhicule a l'air super confortable. il est permet d'aller partout. je me demande comment il est une fois que l'on a installé toutes les full options disponible. je me demande si il est équipé ou si l'on peut l'équipé d'un écran de bord a réalité augmenter et d'un système de vision de nuit comme sur le SUV V ESD de chez cadillac. je demande aussi si l'on peux l'équipé de se que l'on appel une conduite de niveau 2 c'est dire change ligne seul et vois les piétons ou autres obstacles. je vois avec plaisir que vous prenez toujours au temps de plaisir a faire vos vidéo sa fait plaisir a voir. je me demande si on peux rajouter des options a l'intérieur mais aussi a la ben arrière .bonne continuation cordialement

Nice truck and I would love to buy one but I do have a problem. My "personal" experience with 2 new Ford trucks in the past 10 years, the reliability was beyond terrible. I need trucks that are dependable and my personal experience was everything but. Good entertaining review.
