The right plug for that year, or for any car really. With all the choices out there on MFG. heat range etc. is always a biggie when going through the effort to have a good running car. Mine is an L98 90 vett that someone put the plugs for a cast iron head. Not aluminum. So wants funny is that it worked. Maybe 500 miles on them, A shop who had installed them before I bought it. When trouble shooting a miss or stumble, I couldn't run down. I took it to a shop that said Oh the plugs were fine. They never pulled one. If they did, they would have found the wrong plugs were installed. I brought it home still missing. To do what I should have done myself. Lucky on reinstall with a light bit of anti-size. They went in fine. Yea #8's a Tuffy but took my time. I used Delco plugs for my year with aluminum heads. Not a Camaro 350 TPI. Still missed on idle. Turn out to be a Vac. leak. Runs as it should now. But like you I know it's right. Thanks for showing what it takes for your LT1.

That beauty of an engine is a LT4, I'm actually doing my spark plugs in my LT4 tomorrow. I read a TON of bad issues with the OEM AC Delco sparkplugs and the "puck" falling off. I am putting in NGK iridium TR55IX.
