I just found you on Janey's Channel and I subscribed when i found the video teaching me how to walk correctly after knee surgery ❤ you seriously saved me. I cried so hard. I e been limping and in pain since march '23. I got hurt on my 4 wheeler and had to have knee surgery in August '23 and I had the WORST experience with my surgeon.

Janey couldn’t have planned this better. I actually start PT next week for knee pain, Osteoarthritis. As I’m aging I find it much easier to hurt myself. I will definitely be checking more of your videos out!

Just what I was looking for. My back and knees kept me from my garden the last few years. My goal is to get back in there I need to know how not to hurt myself as soon as I start back. What skills should I be working on to be able to move the kneeling pad quickly so I don't stretch too much?

I would say the most important tips to prevent yourself from over reaching while gardening is to ensure that you position your body in front of your project or activity and focus on staying as close as possible! It’s not that rotation of the spine is horrible or damaging. It’s when people do this over and over without using good body mechanics how injuries happen. Hope that helps!
I'm supposed to lift with my legs but what if I have knee issues and are not able to do that?

If you have knee issues and cannot squat for any reason then the best strategy to use to lift objects off the ground is the hip hinge. That way you can spare your spine and still utilize your legs for lifting.
