This is so good. I used orange slices instead of lemon cause I thought we had lemon in the fridge but apparently we don't. It still tasted so good even my grandma who's a mochi hater loved it.
For those who are using gluten-free flour, I suggest putting in a little bit more than what she recommended otherwise the sugar will turn your dough into mush. It will make it taste a little different, but still good!

Is it ok to mix the hot mochi in a Teflon (non-stick) pan? I was worried if it is easy to burn or stick.
