    Great workout. Glad there is no music. Would like to hear more reminders about posture and naval to bellybutton.
    Thanks again

    yes, I love the pulses in Level 3. It does make the exercises feel harder in a good way. thanks for making these. Like most people here, I am recovering from a lower body injury, in my case a complete Achilles tear so these videos are a life saver. Never did I think light weights would be so difficult but they are. Like you say, doing them slower is the key so you're not relying on momentum which is what I did when I had no injury. Have a great day!

    pre ACL/Meniscus surgery and already stir crazy. This was a great workout and I appreciate you going through all the moves with timing instead of just the moves and having me 'do it on my own.' WHich is much less motivating from my kitchen chair. Will be repeating this many times in the next 6 weeks I'm sure

    Thank you for this really great workout! I have major knee issues, so all my workouts are seated, and I've been struggling to find workouts that are tough enough - but this one certainly delivered! I'll be looking through your channel to see what other workouts you have, because this was very encouraging. Thanks again!

    Thank you for providing a safe and effective arm workout with warm up and cool down. I'm on a fitness journey and I am discouraged by other arm workouts on here that don't have breaks and go too fast for me. I think they border on dangerous and encourage bad workout habits. This is doable and challenging. I appreciate this video

    • @gosimpli
      @gosimpli  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'm happy to hear that this exercise routine works well for you. You are very correct that some workouts move way too quickly and the risk of injury is greatly increased. You are smart to go at your own pace. I always have to remind myself to do what my body feels it can handle on that particular day. Sometimes it's more and sometimes it less...and that's okay :)

    My friend and I often do your workouts and we love them! However, in response to your question, we would like less commentary during the workout so we can focus on what you're doing, not what you're saying. Also, music would be nice! Can you do a parallel to the Tabata for the lower body? Thanks again for doing these!

    • @gosimpli
      @gosimpli  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I do tend to chat a lot! I will try to keep the chatter to a minimum so you can focus on the exercises. Your lower body tabata suggestion is a great idea!
