I am enjoying the variety of upper body seated workouts. I like that you include warm up and cool down in the videos.I am trying to maintain my upper body strength as I recover from foot surgery.

I'm recovering from knee surgery so seated workouts are a must. I appreciated this one to keep up with upper body strength.

I just started using your videos recently and love them. I have a neurological disorder that makes it difficult to keep my balance unassisted, so seated is important!

Upper body today with this wo but I chose to do it standing and not seated.
Loved the 20 sec on/10 sec A/B tabata format of this wo and the easy to follow and well instructed exercises.
    Used 6.6 lb-17.6 lb (3-8 kg) dumbbells.
I then repeated it, again standing but marching and side stepping also to make it a cardio toning wo but reduced my weights to 4.4 lb (2 kg) for all exercises.
Thank you for all of your wonderful workouts 💜

Thank you for your kind words! I am happy that you are able to personalize these workouts by doing exercises standing, repeating with a more cardio focus and adjusting the weights you are lifting. Well done!

I discovered your seated wos last year when I had foot issues and really liked the format and exercises so thought I'd still do them but standing up 🙂
