The Chalo App tracks these buses very well. However, these buses (from airport) end their service around 10pm, and a lot of flights domestic/ international land after that too. Similarly, they start towards airport around 8-9am, whereas a lot of folks need to catch 6-7am flights. They must expand their timings to attract more passengers.
Some feedback which could have made the video better:
-Mention prices (at least of the route you took)
-Mention whether the video is sponsored or not (I don't think it is but disclaimer should be put)
-Mention how much baggage is allowed inside the bus
I was just going to ask about the luggage facilities, these buses at least from the video look like regional transport buses where you keep the luggage in the compartments underneath the seats from outside. I think the design can be much better considering these are specifically targeting air travelers
Doesn’t seem like there is any space for luggage. Its good if you are only carrying one cabin luggage bag.
Hi...i have used the service couple of time...t2 to Haji Ali is just 130Rs, yes there is a special Luggage rack ...you can take big trolleys easily ...supper chilled ac bus

This airport express bus service by BEST is really good. I just have to pay ₹ 150 instead of paying ₹ 500+ for a cab to airport and vice versa....ppl should start using this and avoid cabs to airport

Bangalore already had this service, albeit for e different reason (far from the city). good to see this implemented in Mumbai as well
It's better that banglore has it's airport away from the city. Else the airport authority becomes a big hurdle for building skyscrapers.
@@61.pranamyajoshi23 but it creates a whole new kind of problem - reaching the airport on time. People have missed the flights because of Banglore city and airport being so far away and uncertainty of traffic
First they need to make a metrolite between the two terminals like in Munich

Btw Delhi is unsafe but New Delhi is rather safe some people has this false mindset that whole city is very unsafe. When, recently i arrived in New Delhi from UK I couldn't find the shuttle service bus stop to take me to catch PUNBUS to Punjab. I had watched videos of where it stops but found the shuttles stop had been moved to another place so it wasn't fun going up and down with luggage trolley looking for the the stop. I got various info from people as to where it stopped but eventually found the unmarked place for the bus. I think a similar service to Mumbai should be introduced in Delhi as well.

Why can't they make one app for all the buses airport journey throughout the country
OR have one app with multiple state transport booking pages or tabs.
This will also help the outsiders also from installing many apps or applying or registering for wherever they journey within the country.

One of the biggest issue with Mumbai's CSI airport is not having a parallel runway (east-west) and second issue is not having a metro line passing through the airport. Bus connectivity is not good because of road traffic bottlenecks. The new Navi Mumbai airport may address this, but to have two functional airports in the long run for a large city like Mumbai, the management must try to create a new parallel runway at the earliest. They can move all the current south side maintenance buildings and other facilities to the new Navi Mumbai airport. Once the parallel runway is complete, the cross runway can be closed and terminal capacity can be increased both at the international terminal and domestic side. Dhanyavad.
The Mumbai Airport is analogous to the La Guardia Airport in New York City being right in the middle of the city.
But the new Airport in Navi Mumbai is being built along the lines of JFK and Newark and will serve an an international gateway to airlines all around the world

Ahmedabad brts have done it this type solution in Ahmedabad in 3-4 year ago. you can go any point of Ahmedabad from Ahmedabad airport via Ahmedabad brts.

This is exactly same as hongkong's A series airport buses. The only thing missing is Octopus card. I loved octopus card experience.

@@Amarna20 in Mumbai running a private bus for a public sectors is illegal. BEST will raise a voice against them. private buses can't give their services except private companies or if they are travelling outside a Mumbai metropolitan region. 20 yrs ago many accidents used to happen and BMC concluded that they were happening becuz of private buses. as contract employees work their for 12-16 hrs. Private companies don't follow laws they just want cheap labour who work for 12+ hrs. so BMC banned it.
@@Dattebayo3089 Fyi, Cityflo and OurBus are private buses which run in Mumbai and Hyderabad...just like your best...and moreover, the airport buses in Bangalore...are operated by BMTC, a government organization..also, its obvious that everyone going to the airport will have atleast 200 to spend for a comfortable bus ride.
@@Amarna20 no they are for employees. U have to register for that. Cityflo comes at my company also. For normal public except Best there is nothing. Cuz it's illegal.

A Rapid Rail/Metro is the only & final solution! These Chalo buses kind of service is okay but not upto the mark. Pretty shameful that prominent international airport lacks such basic facilities.

Hahahaha 😁 Look at those buses. Some Genius people have already assumed that people would be travelling WITHOUT any luggage so there is no space for it inside the bus. This is only "Feeta Kato" lollipop service. at the end passenger have to rely on those expensive cab/auto/taxi service because of the luggage. At least they could have just use the Google image to see how airport buses are running in another countries.
I don't think we can use this service if we have luggage. Otherwise it's a good option if you only have a bag pack.

2, Railway station, MGR Central
