Suburban train trafic and express train trafic will be separated with these new platforms. Work already in progress. 8 goods railway lines removed and earthwork is completed

Panvel east stn is very pathetic..no lift ..senior citizen and disabled find it so difficult to get to the platform. People with baggage struggle to climb the stairs.
Panvel is still behind in terms of infrastructure , electricity and water condition and quality is not good in panvel !! Will anyday prefer Mumbai city or Navi Mumbai
