If you like My Year, you might also like her book Eileen. Weird, not-exactly-likeable protagonists, but get your head to a very different space.

make sure your antidepressants are not required in their specific pill box because some meds the package they come in protects them and if you put in random pill box it can cause to change chemicals in the pills and mess around with you, I'm sorry if I'm a bummer I know struggle to take meds and not remembering if I took them or not but I don't want you to mess your meds and yourself then 😅 I always enjoy watching your videos 💚

I feel you about drawing at the right angle. Drawing on a flat surface makes scanning tough, too. It just doesn’t come out right.

Timer Caps also are great if you can't remember when you last took your meds. The cap displays how long since the last time the bottle was opened.
