    These look amazing! Please make ("Starbucks") Cranberry Orange scones!!! I coated fresh cranberries in Monkfruit blend sweetener, dehydrated them on a bed of sugar in my oven for 6 hrs, and ended up with round berries almost like freeze dried, and the "cranberry" sugar is to die for 😋😋

    To be healthy and lose weight, only eat during a six hour period.
    Fasting 17-18 hours a day is THE most important thing. Then doing keto, fat melts.

    Have you tried psyllium husk (powder) , gaur gum, bamboo fiber and hemp protein powder instead of oat fiber, xanthan gum, whey protein for another keto upgrade to reduce inflammation, gut lining injury, anti aging, brain health, increase immunity and weight loss etc etc (so many benifits to go lectin free) ❤

    I have some coconut flour I need to use up, I know what I am doing with it! These look awesome. I will try this with bamboo flour as I have some of that to play with too. These may be on the Thanksgiving table!

      Sounds like she did 6, then additional 2 =8 then she turned the pan around and did 6 more and an additional 1 = 7, 8+7= total of 15min

    Hi Alycia ~ I would very much love to try this recipe. However, my son is allergic to coconut & I would like to share them with him. Can you please suggest a replacement for the coconut flour? I happen to have all other ingredients on hand, as well as a variety of flours.
    Have fun on your camping trip. I always enjoyed camping when able to get out there. A great memory maker!

      My blog always has subs that I know. For coconut I only know 3x the amount of almond flour for the coconut should work.

    I cringed over 4 tsp. of xanthan gum! Does it make it slimy?

      It's 2 tsp. But since making this recipe the xanthan gum I've been getting is stronger so a lot of my older recipes I use half the amount now.

    These look great. And easy enough for a non baker like me. ‘Just need to get some oat fiber. Unless you can recommend a non-bamboo substitute?

      I've found you can do the same weight of more coconut flour instead of oat or bamboo, it will add a few extra carbs though.

    yum these look good! i recently started making janet's lupin/coconut biscuits, & ive been thinking about how to turn it into a red lobster knockoff... you may have solved it!
    i love that youre using oat fiber.. i have bags of that already & sub that in too as i REFUSE to buy bamboo fiber yet (so tired of all these expensive ingredients!)
    the only problem might be that i use egg white protein, now whey. wondering if that will work. may do 1/2 batch test to not waste as many ingreds.
    thanks for this recipe. looks great & lets me use some of the 10# block of sharp cheddar i jut got!

      Nice, I usually do a half batch to experiment as to not waste too many ingredients. I've found that subbing ewp for the whey doesn't work in breadier applications, only things like cookies.

    My coconut flour is unusually strong in coconut flavor (so only making deserts with it). Do you think the garlic and cheese will help offset the strong flavor?

      It may but I use great value coconut flour and it isn't as strong as most I've used.
