There's a certain brand of powdered, dehydrated strawberries that I used to use for baking, as well as icings & sprinkles. If I remember right, I think they used citric acid to preserve the bright berry color, prior to dehydrating~ & something else w/their process, can't recall. Upshot was that my strawberry desserts were much brighter & identifiable as being strawberry~ which is what you want for retail, of course. I will see if I can find it, since it's been a while. Well worth the extra few carbs per batch, imho, due to presentation~ though I know you need to watch that. Only used a tablespoon or two, depending on what I was making. I also liked using the PK strawberry powders for color & flavor too, love that stuff. Really wish they'd bring back the MCT oil powder. Sammie in AZ

I've been told people have tried subbing the egg white protein in my cream cheese danish recipe and it didn't work (this recipe derived from that) so I don't think it would work. Someone said they used half egg white protein, half pea protein in my zucchini bread recipe and it worked but I can't vouch for it in this recipe. You're very welcome.

I have freeze dried strawberries and I tried powdering them for the frosting in my strawberry cake video and it was a sticky mess. You can use it for sure but I used what I had on hand.

Another thing, will you recreate cinnamon rolls recipe using Oat fiber instead of Bamboo fiber? It's so sad the way bamboo fiber makes me feel, having stomach issues and the same thing happens to a lot of us. You are one of my favorite channels from Keto, hope someday you do your own version of "Tres leches cake"
Yeah sorry I don't want to cover my face with the paragraphs so I usually put it on the bottom. I will try to be more mindful of that though. It is the exact same recipe as the cinnamon roll dough so I would just add more oat fiber than I did in this recipe. I've been debating on doing a tres leches cake for awhile, just haven't had a chance. So glad you enjoy!

@@KetoUpgradebtw, I think in TH-cam we are orphans about someone who does a (I'm going to say it in Spanish since it's how I know this dessert) "Beso de angel cake" or "Angel kiss cake", it's a cake that has flan in the middle. It's delicious and a dream came true, but maybe because it takes too much time, or maybe because people haven't found a way to reduce the carbs on it, I haven't found a single video of someone doing it keto friendly, all I see is videos from normal bakery. It would be nice that you try it once. I will stay tuned. Thank you for the knowledge you bring to us

I'm gonna continue to use bamboo just because of the look which is important when selling. The bright white of bamboo fiber just looks better for something that is suppose to be white. I like oat fiber for things that are suppose to be Oats or wheat flour based like crumbles and Graham crackers. But they were super fluffy and tasty still, just need a little more than I used.
I think it's pretty much the same in fluffiness. The taste you can't smell or taste the bamboo fiber but the oat fiber does have a little of a oat flavor. The color is the biggest difference, the oat fiber isn't as esthetically pleasing as the bamboo fiber because bamboo fiber is so nice and white.
The cheapest monkfruit/erythritol blend I can find usually, sometimes you can get a deal on lakanto, it is better, less grainy. Links to everything are in the description box.
I've lost like 16 subscribers since this morning, ive gain some back but its annoying to see the number go down so much then back up slowly. I think it's why my numbers aren't growing like they should and my views are so low. It's really discouraging and kinda just want to give up.
