We live in California 🌴 and we have been to many states and one of them was Florida we had to cut our trip short we just could not handle the HUMIDITY 😩 and we would never purchase a house with an HOA …. But your houses are very nice
Be forewarned. Never buy a home in a community that is zoned for short-term rental. Every night is New Year's Eve - loud parties. Also, ANYWHERE in the Orlando metro will present you with absolutely horrible traffic.
Hey Kaleb. 1st home. Peaceful street. Like the elevation. Fully furnished? Ok. Let’s see. Ok. Formal sitting room and dining in front. Family room. Ok. That questionable wall on entry is shielding the kitchen. Bedroom with en-suite. 2 more bedrooms and bathroom with backyard access. So a pool bath. Primary en-suite 👍🏼. Covered enclosed lanai & pool. Oh hellls no. Wonder how the snake 🐍 got in. Didn’t know they could swim 😂. Nice home. Just a little updating. 2nd home large. The empty disheveled home across the street may be an issue for buyers. Huge breakfast nook. Garage literally opens into the kitchen. Big pantry. So 1/2 bath, bedroom and bathroom 👍🏼. Enclosed covered lanai & pool. So upstairs will have 2 bedrooms, bath, primary and en-suite. Big closet indeed. Like the en-suite. The primary is huge. Love it. Wait. Bedroom downstairs, upstairs primary, 3 bedrooms and 1 bath 🫤. Laundry. 3rd home exterior townhome looks nice. But stairs to entry 👎. Nice entry. 1/2 bath immediate on entry. Bedroom? Where is the full bath to service that bedroom? Nice open concept. Beautiful kitchen. Good size pantry. Big dining space. Rear garage. Outdoor patio. So whoever’s in the 1st floor bedroom has to go upstairs to shower 🤷🏻♀️🤦♀️. Primary ok. En-suite small but doable. Good size laundry. Bath and 2 more bedrooms. Hey Mabel. Oooo. Disney Springs. Omg. I was looking at the 🥓 and blue on the menu 😂. Burgers 🍔 were huge. 🍕 looks good. Kaleb dancing 🕺 in his seat. Oh no. Almost decapitated the lady 😂. You know the cookies/cakes good if you guys went back the next day. You guys got all chocolate 🍪. The chocolate 🍫 peanut 🥜 butter and cookies and cream would’ve been my choice. Great vid Kaleb. You guys have a great week.

YIKES!! That snake in the pool did it for me. NO THANKS!! I HATE SNAKES!! Maybe that's why they are selling that house?? Poisonous snakes in the area?? There are some seriously venomous snakes in Florida- lived there for 9 years.

We only cheat on weekends when we visit all these places. During the week we try to eat healthy. But we love to eat! 😁 have a great week!

To me that first house is overpriced it hasn’t been touched since it was built and it needs a whole facelift, and I have to deal with their furniture on top of it. You have to pay to get rid of the garbage seems more of a headache than a just bring your toothbrush.😂😂 but I still love you.
