Love the area, I have a townhome in Plantation Village just 5 minutes from Oakleaf. I’m in Ortega now caring for Mom, but I miss being in that area. It’s a nice vibe. Everything is so convenient, our own school, hospital, movie theater and Goodwill 😂
Very good video. I have lived in Oakleaf over 10 years now. Absolutely enjoy every day. Only correction to the video is he has Phase I and Phase II swapped. The first amenity center he stands in front of 8s actually Phase II, then he moves to Phase I. In case anyone needs to know.
Amazing content and great editing..lost my mind with the closet..!! I love it thank you ao much. Can't wait to head that way.. will definitely be contacting you for that big house at the end.. mmm..much ❤
@@drrealestatejax oh yes new york is the last place you would ever want to buy a house. the prices are ridiculous an the property taxes from what people tell me are insane. thats is why me personally I'm looking outside of New York. An Florida so far looks like the best place to live in my opinion😄
@@op10004 Please take into consideration, these new builds go up fast and are built carelessly… They are cheap and fall apart quick… Median household income in Jacksonville is lower than the national average… Jacksonville has one of the highest crime rates in America… Homelessness is on the rise… There are limited cultural amenities… Best to avoid downtown at night… It will be humid and hot like south and southwest Florida without the pretty colored water and tropical vibe… You will be swarmed by mosquitos and noseeums that bite at the most in opportune times and because you have gone your entire life without getting bit, you will have a reaction to the bites… You will have to toughen up and get use to it or just not go outside June through October… Your best bet is to become a snowbird and just visit south or southwest Florida in the winter!
Im currently living in The Villages in phase 2 off of Oakleaf Plantation Parkway. Im renting but wanting info on possibly buying something like a town home. Do you have info on the town homes in Cambridge or the town homes behind Epic Theater. Its very important I stay in Oakleaf cause thats where my son goes to Highschool.

Big boxes
Thank you for watching!
Lovely place BUT EXPENSIVE HOA FEES, and their covenants and bylaws are followed to the letter.
Oakleaf isn't for everyone! LOL. But, it's still a really great master plan community. Thank you for watching!
