Hello Kaleb!! These 3 Pool Homes are different from the others!! They all have a kind of a throwback to a 50's kind of vibe!! The locations are ideal!! Real Impressive!! And under $400.000? UNREAL!! Just 3 houses with a great view and a cool looks!! Thank You for sharing this with us!!
@@KalebShaw It Is Hard, Kaleb!! But You Manage To Find These Quality Homes For People Looking For Bargains!! And You Are Appreciated!! Have A Great Rest Of Your Week!!
Those houses were awesome. I loved the last one. The shelves would almost house my books! And the glass displays would house some of my china. Only drawback for me was the pool didn't look like it was easy to get in or out. But great properties, Caleb!
These old redux houses are where the value is at, fantastic video, this videos demographic of houses needs to be featured more than the new cookie cutter communities and you are awesome to do that. Most of these Fl realtors are too much in bed with the builders and communities to show these kinds of houses. I grew up in Fl in the 80s and 90s and these more established neighborhoods that date back to the 1950's are the best because they knew where to build then . They take storms and heavy flooding much better than where all the new stuff is built.
I love them all u had me at pool home ! U keep showing them I’ll keep playing the lottery! San Diego ca born Ohio resident 44 years I wanna move to Florida now !!!! Could u mention how far the beaches are away !! lol pool would do !!
I’m glad you like them. Keep playing the lottery, you never know 🤣. The nearest beaches will be between 1 hour and 20 mins to 1 hr 40 mins. Thanks for watching! Have a blessed week.
Hi Kaleb 😊 I think number three was my house that I had saved LOL and it's now in 'pending'? Can you confirm that? I agree about Ocala. That area seems to be booming! Hopefully we'll be talking to you soon because things are moving quickly now. Take care❤
Hey there! I hope you guys are doing well. Yes homes at these price point move pretty quick! Anyone interested must move fast. Hope to talk to you soon. Have a great evening! 🙂
I honestly liked all 3. #1 or #2 had the best shade trees. I like trees in the yard and a decent neighborhood. #3 looked very well taken care if, all three seemed maintained well. #2 had the new roof which us a plus.
Hello. I was wondering why the first 2 homes didnt have a protected barrier around the pools but the last one did?? I know about the alligators and why most homes do have them....just wondering why the first 2 didnt. No alligator problem??
4' fencing is all that is required around a pool in Florida. Aluminum and screen lanai enclosures are no longer covered by insurance, period. So if a storm took them down, most people do not replace them. Screens in a lanai will not keep out a gator, fyi. Lol😂😂😂
Hi Elizabeth. That house is already pending, but if you email us we can find something similar. My email is kalebshawhomes@gmail.com. We will be happy to assist. 🙂
HI KALEB, LOVE THIS HOME, ESPECIALLY THE KITCHEN, I DON'T CARE FOR SWIMMING POOL. BUT THIS IS A BEAUTY. 2ND HOME IS ALRIGHT, TOO MANY THINGS THAT NEEDS TO BE UPDATED, ALL NEW TILE FLOORING, THE BATHROOMS, AGAIN NOT A FAN OF SWIMMING POOL. THE FURNACE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, AND GREEN MAINTENANCE IN THE FRONT AND BACK. 3RD HOME, WAS NOT MY FAVORITE, THE BATHROOMS SHOULD HAVE BEEN UPDATED, THE KITCHEN WAS HORRIBLE. IT WOULD HAVE LOOKED MUCH BETTER WITH WHITE CABINETS WITH SILVER APPLIANCES, REPLACED CARPET. THE HOUSE ON THE OUTSIDE IS BREATHTAKING, BUT ONCE YOU GO ON INSIDE, ITS ANOTHER STORY. MY FAVORITE ONE, IS DEFINITELY NUMBER 1, GREAT VIDEO KALEB, SEE YOU AT THE NEXT ONE!
Hi. That home is sold now. If you would like, send us your information and we can help you find a similar one. Email us at kalebshawhomes@gmail.com - thanks for watching!
Hey Kaleb. Pool homes for under $4 or $3k 👀. Let’s see. 1st home elevation dated but let’s see inside. Actually like the fireplace. Formal living room in front. 2 front bedrooms & bath. I like popcorn ceilings 🤷🏻♀️😂. So the kitchen in front? And it’s big. En-suite small to the primary but appreciated. Kitchen counters nice. W/D. The enclosed lanai is nice. Good size pool & backyard. This is nice Kaleb. 2nd home $289? Again dated elevation but let’s see inside and the pool. No full open concept but can work. Bathroom dated and servicing 3 bedrooms and pool🫤. Kitchen is doable. Change the flooring in primary and update the en-suite. Big pool. Good lounge space. Doable as well. 3rd home love the spacing. Elevation also dated but cute. Don’t care to see the kitchen on entry. Odd view straight ahead. Love the office and built-ins. Pool bath. Adorable primary. His/hers closets. En-suite dated but big. Doors to pool. Cozy dining. Kitchen odd with mid island stove. Agreed. Good size bedrooms. Nook and living room. Dated but outstanding covered and enclosed backyard. Has potential. I like home 1 with home 3’s enclosed backyard. Thanks for sharing 🤗
A person needs $4 million upon retirement to have a comfortable life anywhere in the world, but in my opinion, investing in the stock market rather than Canadian or Indian real estate will have a detrimental effect on our finances.
Sincerely, this movie has made it easier for me to understand what I require. Before making the move, I still plan to schedule a session with my qualified financial analyst. In any case, I'm quite appreciative of all the knowledge I gained about the real estate industry.
Before you retire, make financial market investments by distributing a modest amount of your portfolio, keeping abreast of market developments, diversifying your holdings across asset classes, and thinking long-term to balance growth and risk. Does my visit with your broker need to be scheduled?
Blah Balh reading in the coffee. TH-camrs, especially realtors who don't profit from real estate in this market, want to talk about things to make money. In the end, nobody knows, but consumer sentiment plays a significant role in real estate, with 80% of homebuyers believing that this is a bad time to purchase a property.
I feel sorry for our nation; low-income people are struggling to make ends meet as everyday increases in inflation and recession force many families to forgo even a moderate standard of living. *Leah* *Alderman* *Foster* she is my F.A
True. One's chance of becoming a victim of either violent or property crime in Ocala, FL is 1:32, making it one of the highest crime rated communities of equal size in the country.
@El-xg4sm Yes, Davenport is safer, but a few of the safest cities in the greater Orlando are: Winter Park, Winter Springs, Winter Garden, Windermere, Clermont, Oviedo, Lake Mary, Maitland,... hope that helps 👍🏽
Everyone will want to leave Florida as global warming gets worse and hurricanes get stronger and more frequent Homeowners will find it nearly impossible or crazy expensive to get home insurance which still won’t cover certain storm damage! Exit stage left!!

3 good home and presented very well as always, Kaleb. Hey, with you going as far north as Ocala, do you ever show homes in the Villages?
Not yet! Maybe sometime, I will keep an eye on inventory, but if you are looking for something in particular email me kalebshawhomes@gmail.com
Omg - the shelves in that last house! Shelves everywhere. I like the house but it needs updated.

Yes, we can. But keep in mind the closer you get to Orlando the price goes much higher.🙂 thank you for watching!
Great homes. I worry about the taxes.

There is no HOA on these homes. But if you are interested in more information send me an email and I will assist you. Kalebshawhomes@gmail.com

The rate will likely be zero in a few years.
