The food truck haul...We went a couple years ago when they first opened...Its perfect for winter/spring a bit hot for summer but a good addition to food around Old Town! That mofongo looks good but always ask for caldo! Buen provecho!

In many homes, the garage door does not sit flush with the floor and there are also gaps on the sides. Isn’t that a problem in a climate with venomous spiders, snakes, mosquitoes, etc.?

Hey! The square footage mentioned in our videos doesn't include the garage space, only the heated living areas. If you want to convert the garage, you'll need a contractor and permits. It's a common project, but it can take some time. Thank you for watching!

Primary and closet big considering. En-suite smaller than the guest bedroom but appreciated. Kitchen bigger than anticipated as well. Love the French doors to the big pool. Covered & enclosed. Clean up the yard. Home has potential indeed. 2nd home better distance between homes. Neat front elevation. The area you said could be used as the dining has no light fixture 🤷🏻♀️. Living area small. Think those reversed light wise 1st bedroom is huge. Wondering is the primary bigger. Nice bathroom with the 2 closets and sinks. Another big bedroom. The breakfast nook a decent size so the other side can be a full living room. Lots of peninsula space for seating. Big primary. And a good size en-suite. Ditch the tub. Get a bigger shower and a linen closet. Covered enclosed lanai. Nice backyard. Potential here. Like this better than the 1st. 3rd home older. Dull elevation but let’s see inside. Nice distance between homes. A peek of the kitchen on entry. 🫤. Ok size living room. Dining/nook ahead. Laundry 🧺 in garage 🫤. Big primary. Ok closet. Hotel vibe with the sink. Kitchen small. Guess the fridge wall needed for the pantry. Guest bath dated. Bedrooms ok size. Yes. 2nd way bigger. Big pool covered and enclosed. Not bad Kaleb. Would change the floors. Update the guest bath. We live in California 🌴 and we have a swimming pool, I’ve noticed that a lot of states in the south including Florida that they cover there swimming pool ! I’m assuming it’s because of BUGS and REPTILES 😩 I could not get used to that ! No pools are covered in California 🌴 I also have noticed that a lot of houses have HOA 🤮 where we live in California 🌴 we have very few neighborhoods with HOA thank god , we do not like having to ask for permission to do something to your home especially the color of paint on the outside of the house NO THANK YOU !
