Looking at these homes are very versatile!! They all have their own personalities and style!! You all are STILL making money because there are people who are STILL buying homes!! You would rather have a house than to live in a apartment that will never be your own!! That's why I bought a home!! Love the looks of these 3!! Just keep Bringing us more to view!! Thank You, Kaleb!! Have a great rest of your weekend!!
Thanks Janet. You are right. People are buying and with different budgets and styles so I hope I can bring value to a wider audience. Thanks for your support! Have an awesome week! 🙂
A Pool would have been nice. I agree on that. It still a great opportunity and the buyer can always negotiate pricing. Thanks for watching. Have a great week! 🙂
The third house would be amazing on a different lot. I could never live on such a busy road. I loved the second house. I felt the first house was too small, but the yard and landscaping were beautiful.
Hey Kaleb. Happy Monday. Late but present 😂. 1st home reminds of a cute grandmothers house. Hmmm 🤔. Kitchen in front. At least not in view on entry. Are those Formica countertops? Laundry appreciated. Primary & en-suite & closet bigger than I thought it would be. Kitchen/bathrooms dated but there’s potential. Nice backyard but needed a rear entry. Can’t leave the front door unlocked and in the backyard. NY mentality😂. 2nd home. Nice aerial. Looks small from the front. Let’s see inside. 1900 not bad. The wall one entry seems odd. Wonder if load bearing. Good size primary. Appreciate the 2 closets & double sinks. Guess that wall serves as a barrier to the primary. It works. Open concept. Good size laundry. Appreciate the pool bath however it’s the indoor bath as well servicing 3 bedrooms. Note another wall to promote privacy to the bedrooms. Backyard is amazing indeed. Covered and enclosed lanai. Healthy pool and good bit of green. Huge side yard too. Definite potential. Oh Kaleb and Mabel. The 3rd home. Figures over a million 😮🫤😂. Like the modern elevation. Love a in-law suite with private entry. Glad kitchen not in full view. Lovely kitchen & angular pantry. Good size primary and closet in the bedroom. Nice en-suite. Need a linen closet more than a tub. Laundry. Huge enclosed lanai. Room to add pool. The in-law bedroom looks bigger than the primary. Great stackable washer/dryer acces. Very nice home. Thanks for sharing 🤗
As soon as I saw the thumbnail for that house on Boggy Creek I knew I had to comment. That house is going to be hard to sell. Why? Because 1) it’s on BOGGY CREEK. You can see all the traffic immediately behind the realtor, 2) there’s a trailer park right behind this house full of sexual predators and convicts, and lastly 3) WAY OVERPRICED .
Out if the 3 my favourite was the 2nd house, not that i could afford any, id have trouble affording a lego house!!, always love watching keep up the great work
Hey Kaleb, thank you for another nice video. Beautiful properties....the Sodo one has a lot of potential ( historic downtown) I like the grown landscape. Real estate is about Location Location Location. Love all. 👍🏾
The price is based more on location - that’s Downtown Orlando, which is hard to find a home at this price. Everything in that area is going up. Thanks for watching. Have a blessed week! 🙂
Well, I picked the challenge to put my finances in order. Then I invested in cryptocurrency, stocks, through the assistance of my discretionary fund manager
The first step to successful investment is figuring your goals and risk tolerance either on your own or with the help of a financial professional but it's very advisable you make use of professional.
I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of information can be a big hurdle. I've been making more than $21k passively by just investing through an advisor, and I don't have to do much work. Inflation or no inflation, my finances remain secure. So I really don't blame people who panic.
I expect the pool and landscaping to be installed for a million.
Thank you for your feedback and for watching! 🙂

@KalebShaw Kaleb?? You are SIMPLY THE BEST!! See You At The Next Presentation!!
House 3, is a hard pass! Paying $1M for a house with no pool, traffic noise, minimal landscaping, etc., is crazy. Bleach. 🙀
A Pool would have been nice. I agree on that. It still a great opportunity and the buyer can always negotiate pricing. Thanks for watching. Have a great week! 🙂
1st house meeehhhh, but the yard and landscaping is perfection 🔥🔥🔥 and the 3rd home, chefs' kiss 🙌🏾
Thanks for watching! Have a great week. 🙂

It sure will. Add to the list the frequent flooding in the area

First house not worth the 400
The price is based more on location - that’s Downtown Orlando, which is hard to find a home at this price. Everything in that area is going up. Thanks for watching. Have a blessed week! 🙂

I love the 3rd house

I genuinely enjoy your channel, but please don't clickbait your audience with the clickbait thumbnail. That house in the thumbnail is not $400k

How do most of you guys still make profit, even with the downturn of the economy and ever increasing life standards
Well, I picked the challenge to put my finances in order. Then I invested in cryptocurrency, stocks, through the assistance of my discretionary fund manager
Stephanie Aaron Trentham.
This is correct, Stephanie strategy has normalized winning trades for me also and it's a huge milestone for me looking back to how it all started.
