Nice home and love the huge RV garage! I would mancave half of it. That's not an "in-law suite". It's a bedroom, closet and ensuite bathroom. An in-law suite should have a living room and kitchenette.
We are the designer/builder for that home and rv garage. We called the detached bedroom and bath the cabana/guest suite. We do many changes and additions in size to the cabana suite when a customer wants to make it into a full in-law suite. That can range from a second full bedroom so that the main room is a sitting/tv room and may times we add a kitchenette or even full kitchen and laundry, depending on what the customer wants. We are a private family owned custom home builder and do homes like that for our customers on their lots. Would have been cool if they mentioned our name in the tour as that’s our copyrighted design.

I like it everything about this house bro..take my money. I can definitely see myself bursting out the main double doors when the wife is enjoying a glass of wine in the pool shouting "Say hello to my little friend". Hopefully, when i'm ready you got a similar property.
I agree. I would say that the in-law suite is more like another Master bedroom. The in-law suite is missing the kitchenette for sure. The thing that kills the house for me though is the soaker tub in the Master bathroom. That would have to come out and be replaced with a jetted tub LOL! I think the listing price is a little high - taxes are a little high for that price. I would definitely want to have the option to connect to Sewer or have public water as well.

Beautiful home but I really don’t like where they put the kitchen sink every time you cook you need to go around the island. That sink needs to be on the island. And also this is for renzo you need to show every available usage like the pantry open the door let people see how big it is also like the bathroom in the RV garage. Things like that everyone likes to see thank you
