It was all onboard video (saved directly to the SD card)... I can say that it flew out across the water fine and perhaps started getting a little laggy shortly after it crossed the water…

Is it possible to customize the controler sticks just like spark?
Well the joysticks are built-in, so they aren’t really removable (unless they are forcibly modified)...
I recently purchased a MJX 103W after watching your review. It won't fly. I'll be brief and tell you what's going on. The remote shows no drone battery status even though drone battery is fully charged. The drone shows 4 flashing green lights. Cust/Serv is no help. I know you are under no obligation to help, but I would really appreciate it. I JUST WANT TO FLY !
I broke a propeller hitting a tree. I used the small screwdriver and took out the screw that holds the propeller. But I can't take off the broken propeller off. How do I do it? It is really snug tight on the arm. Can someone help me with this.
can you fly the drone without the smartphone sometimes its just nice to just fly without fpv

The controller on this is virtually identical to that of the recent MJX Bugs 4W drone (that was recently released). It looks like a compact DJI controller. Unfortunately, they were not interchangeable when I tried flying one drone with the other... Since the Bugs 4W has the out-of-range alarms (or beeps), I believe that controller is specific to that & has special circuitry for that...
