Thank you for your excellent and very convincing review of the Bugs 4 W. I purchased its little brother two weeks ago after watching your review of it, and must have crash it over a half dozen times. It is still flying with its bruised nacelle and props like it was still brand new out of the box. I own a Mavivic 2 Pro which is hardly a beginner drone, and which I’ve been handling with velvet gloves. That little Bugs 103 drone impressed me so much I decided to order the Bugs 4W. Your review of it has just reinforced my decision. Thanks.
Because of you I recently purchased this drone and I'm now waiting for it. Can't wait!!! I paid $197 shipped with 3 batteries. Thanks Captain Your Videos are very helpful.
Thank u so much captian i just got my bugs 4w today and i love it i made my decision after watching a couple of your videos and you had a great impact on my choice love your videos your great thank u
Dear Captain, I would like to thank you for your reviews. Based on this review (not only, but mainly), I bought MJXRC BUGS 4W and I must say that I am definitely not disappointed. Everything works as it should, it looks very good, the video is enough for my purposes and a folding option is really wonderful for traveling. For $ 160 (including import taxes), I'm really excited. Thank you one more time and I'll keep watching your channel.
You probably won’t see this but thank you for the multitude of great, thorough and helpful reviews over the past couple of months I’ve been watching your channel. I purchased this drone after following your advice and I have to say it is great! thanks for the help :)
Love watching your videos, your commentary is greatness! I've purchased an hs720 based on your review and loved it... until I crashed beyond recognition, I've just ordered this drone based on your review (yes I'm a bit behind with this drone stuff), but hey better late than never. Thank you for the dedication to educate about drones (especially us noobs) you're a tremendous help!
Great review as usual, I think this is the drone I’ll save for to help me do my volunteer work as a Fire Warden in Australia as I broke my back in the Army and this drone will mean I can do an Air rec of people’s properties instead of walking them to give them their fire permits. Again great review! Thanks again
I just ordered the Bug 4W based on Captain Drone video reviews. I love the idea that it’s bigger and heavy, a little slow. I think at this price level it’s outstanding with the landing lights and ground sensors allowing indoor flight as well. I have a huge indoor horse riding arena available to me to fly in, in-law’s place. Ceilings as high as any gymnasium. Winters are long here on the IL/WI state line. I do plan on the drone capturing beautiful areas on my motorcycle trips come Spring & Summer especially through Western Wisconsin (Driftless area where the glaciers never passed through) talk about God’s country. This is a small step up for me. I have a Walmart huge Shadow Drone now Model P-70. Pretty impossible to put it in my motorcycle saddle bag. I very much appreciate the time that Captain Drone puts into these videos. Likable guy, I’d watch him reading the phone book I think.
I bought this drone on your recommendation for my 15 yo daughter. It's her 1st drone. I don't know too much about the competition but this is a great product. For a beginner, it is so easy to fly and the software on the phone works every time. ( Even in rural Australia - not known for its wifi coverage!!!) Great in the wind and we've had it out to 1.2 kilometers. Thanks for all the information. You have a great channel. The only issue I had was getting hold of extra batteries and that's probably because it's so new to the market BUT I was able to eventually get hold of 2 extras through Amazon.
I had an unfortunate incident today where my bugs 4w just fell to the ground. It was only about 15 feet AGL when this happened but one of my Motors no longer works it tries to work but it won't spin up and it times out. I was wondering if you've had any experience or issues with replacing a motor as I have only had this drone for about a week. Thank you in advance and thank you for all the information and test drives you've let us ride along on.
@@Dbentzjr my drone had been flying great up until that point. I don't know what happened. I was bring it in for landing and it was only 20 feet away from the Landing Pad when this happened. Although I have been extremely happy and satisfied with it up until this point. I looked at it and I can't figure out how to get the motor out of it. I'm going to keep searching the internet to see if I can find out how to get this thing apart. In the meantime I have contacted mjx and I'm waiting to hear back from them to see how they want to handle this.
I let a few people fly the BUGS 4W when it first came out. When asked if it had Return To Home, I said yes and pointed to the button the on the controller. I was not specific enough and the young lad pressed the motor START/STOP button. Took us a good two hours to find the drone but it was OK. I'm not saying this happened in your case, but it is a very common occurence. The only other possible explanation is that an ESC blew and one motor died in air causing it to come down quickly. If the ESC is gone, then I don't think it can be fixed unless there are 4 individual ESCs. A brushless motor, rarely ever dies by itself. MJXRC has a website, perhaps you can contact them and see what they can do for you.
I just wanted to follow up on this b4w. It's been a long slow process of a back and forth between me and the manufacturer in China which is a 12 hour time difference. We have sent nine messages back and forth to each other. They finally told me to return it and they would refund my money. I went to the post office and then I discovered it would cost me $73 to return this product. So at this point I've decided to replace the arm on the Drone myself (cost $30) and when I removed the arm and took it apart I discovered there were two wires that were no longer soldered to the ESC. There are three wires connected to the board black, yellow and red. If I can identify where the yellow and red wires connect to the board I think I'll be okay. Providing I can clean the glue off and get a decent solder conection on the board. Once again if anyone has an idea on how to determine which wire goes where it would be greatly appreciated. I tried to take the arm apart diagonally across from the one I'm working on and naturally it was manufactured differently and I can't see how it was wired without completely removing the arm and taking that one apart. I guess I've just talked myself into doing that at this point. I've gone this far Why Stop Now? Other than all this I really do like the Drone. In my last correspondence to the manufacturer I have asked them to mail me I replacement arm in light of what I have found to be a manufacturing defect. I'll keep you posted and let you know what they say.
Hello Captain, I just ordered my MJX Bugs 4 W from Geekbuying and used your code for a discount, I watched all these links and decided on this one. Thank you so much for your incredible videos. I am a newby and I learned alot from you. You are by far the best at what you do. I ordered 3 batteries extra. I would just like to know if it is bad for a drone to fly for long periods, meaning if the battery is flat changing it with another and keep on flying, say for an hour? I have subscribed and will be telling all my friends about you. Thank you again.
Sir, after seeing your TH-cam videos reg camera drones, i had bought Visuo XS816, i had bought Hubsan Zino Pro, now i am planning to get Bugs4W. I learned things, from your TH-cam videos, reg camera drones, how to fly it, how to start, about models, features, your suggestions, etc. Thank you.
could you do a video comparing the BUGS 4W, Z11 and some higher end such as Mavix Air, tello etc. This would help people decide if they need a higher end or budget type drone and understand the trade offs.
Your manner is so pleasing and your delivery so smooth! I thought your video was quite professional. I bought the B4W yesterday based primarily on your opinion!
hey bro I'm having some problem with the 2.4 ghz disconnection. the yellow lights of the drones were blinking rapidly and it was not connected with the controller. what should I do? please tell me
Bugs stepping it up. I like the Simple things like landing lights and the Bugs quilt Anther Great Drone for the masses. Cap you did you part Great as we are a custom too thanks
Having watched a bunch of your great videos, this one got me; I've ordered the 4W - my first drone. So much to like about it. Thanks for all your efforts. You have a new subscriber.
Just added a gopro session4 mounted under the Bugs and BAM! killer setup for my purposes.Love this drone. Its so easy to fly. also adding a wifi repeater to hopefully minimalize the video feed dropouts.
Because of your recommendation, I just bought this drone. This is my third drone and it is the best so far. QUESTION: My drone has a blue top and yours a black, does this mean anything? Soeme say store your batteries half charged, other say full charge, your opinion.
Hi Captain Drone, I have a issue with my bugs 4 w 4k drone video. I can get the video to work through the app and store images on the app. However, I also installed a sd card san disk extreme 64 gb U3 A2 , but the drone isn't recognizing it. it doesn't record to the sd card. I have formatted the card, but that doesn't seem to help. I have tried several new sd card's but none work. I was wondering if you have any idea's why the sd card isn't being recognized. I would appreciate your consideration and any guidance. thank you
CAPTAIN DRONE , thank you so much for your feedback. I very much appreciate all your knowledge and video’s. I will get a 16 gig class 10 and see how it goes. Keep up the great reviews.
Hi Steve. I've had the B4W a week now. I ordered the one that came with 2 batteries and the nice fabric case. It is very well made for the price. It dose take longer that 4 hours to charge one battery. Not a problem though. There is one weak point on the two forward motors where they mount to the arms. They can break loose if they have a hard hit. So be aware everyone. I put a bead of epoxy all around where the motors connect to the arms. Dose not effect the flying. I got around 18 minutes of flight. Will monitor this more later. It dose fly very smooth. The controller is very responsive. It doesn't take much input. It's definitely not made for racing. It's a cruser made for filming and pictures. The camera isn't to bad. Good color. You do get the jello effect. It is stable. Because I'm in the mountains I couldn't do a distance test. Over all, it's a fun flyer. Being able to take it anywhere is a big plus. For a beginner looking to get into the hobby, I would recommend. Thanks for your review of this. I'm happy of my purchase.
I bought this drone and a Simtoo Fairy, both based on Capt. Drone's videos. And they cost me about the same bucks. The Bugs4 is five times what the Fairy is. It is so powerful and substantial that it fears no wind gust or klutzy pilot. It is like an airborne 1957 V8 Buick, and almost as quiet. If you force the fake antennae on the controller side-wise they easily pop out. Makes for a much cleaner and easier to use controller. By your videos one might think that you are the only person living in Canada, Cap'n. So many nice parks and no crowds abusing them! But forget the Simtoo Fairy.
You are awesome and I always can count on you for a honest review.I love MJX.They give you the most bang for your buck.I like having range to explore areas
I have one and enjoy learning on it it's a good drone my son crashed iy the other day and with some new propellers flys just fine. I found out on the orbit mode you can go down to 1 meter which is very cool. Now I'm getting use to my Zino pro which I got the other day
Great video as always and I want to love this drone but the camera quality don’t look any bettter than my bugs 2w,I know this ain’t DJI but it’s £200 in uk (with 3 batteries) and that’s a lot for a poor image drone imo.
@@mikeskor6230 Buy Used electronic stuff in 2019? I think it's gamble, especially when you don't know how much lifespan left in the batteries and to replace them you pay the difference in price of a new one And that considering the drone never got dropped or received no shocks as electronic stuff is very sensitive Consider also every 6months a new version of drone is out at a fraction of cost Etc Etc Etc
Capt drone I added a long range antenna to my hubsan 501s transmitter is it necessary to add a antenna to the drone itself cuz it seems to work for quite a distance
Awesome job on this review, thanks for sharing. I'll be that guy to test it's maximum range, coming soon on my channel... just as soon as mine arrives. The demand for this bird was so overwhelming that the factory is now back logged!!! Like #462
I hear alot about the needed wifi for the drones, that being said do you have to have good internet connections with your phone such as a strong 4G for all the features to work? Such as being able to watch the live video on your phone? Thanks
The drone sends out a wifi signal when you are outside. You must connect to that signal with your phone just like you would do in your home to connect to your home wifi signal. Your phone has to have 802.11ac Wifi. Google your phone and check the specs to see if you have it.
@Sa Nafiz FYI!!! For the fpv or any of the advanced features to work you need a good WiFi connection to your drone. You do not need a phone at all to setup and fly the drone it's maximum control range though. Most budget or drones in general have a different fpv range compared to control range. This means when you go past fpv range you will lose video feed and the ability to use any feature that is not available on the transmitter yet you can still fly the drone to it's maximum control range. It will then return to home. Hope this helps.
Hey Captain Drone. Looking to buy this soon, but after seeing the cheap price on GeekBuying, I just wanted to ask if it is legitimate and if the drone is original and not fakely produced in China. I would also like to ask where you bought it from and if the geekbuy links are affiliate links
Thank you for making and sharing your videos, because of your hard work you have helped me and I'm sure many others to decide which drone to buy, I've decided to buy the Bug 4W, I love the size and you get a awesome drone and a lot more for your money. I've watched many videos but couldn't make a decision because of the many different capabilities, features and cost on these drones. Thanks again. I luv your videos and will continue to watch. I'm now a subscriber.
Hey thanks for another awesome review. Still disappointed that DJI did not give you anything to give away, considering you do awesome review. Makes me feeling like DJI is a drone market bully lol.
Thought I would give an update on the B4W. I was flying yesterday. Didn't even get the second battery in. I was hovering about 20 feet away and 20 feet up. And all of the sudden it just dropped like a rock. I had no control. Broke one motor completely off. It was always a glitchy from the first flight. I'm sending it back and getting a new one. Pretty sad. I'll give it another try.
If a drone falls like a rock, the reasons are all the same: - Motors stopped by operator (red button pressed by accident), on a DJI Drone, operator held joysticks in motor sop position in flight. - Prop flew off - Battery came disconnected (not properly seated) No matter the drone, those are the reasons.
@@CAPTAINDRONE798 Hey Steve. Sorry a little late on your reply. Actually it did fall like a rock. But not from operator error. It was hovering with no inputs to the controller. The front right motor failed and went out of control and hit the ground hard resulting in that motor breaking off. Out of the box first flight it never did feel right. Kinda glitchy at times. I do understand your explanation. But not in this case. I have a replacement coming. I'll let you know how it goes. I do like the B4W that's why I'm getting another one. Thanks Dave.
@@ChuckRage it's great, it flys so nice and smooth, and the features like return to home etc. Work so well with no problems. The camera is nice , but can be a little bit shaky when flying in windy weather, overall it's a great drone and I reccomend buying it.
I had a blade 180qx.I was hovering it over the road in front of the house.A car was coming, and it looked like the drone was going’s to impact the windshield.I essentially panicked.Inpulled the right joystick towards my stomachThatbwas good, because it started the drone coming towards, me.Then, for some unknown reason,I jammed the left throttle the way to its stop. The 180qx took off like an Estes model rocket. As it soared over the top of the house,I cut the throttle.Fortunately,my wife found it while walking the dog that night. It was on the sidewalk, apparently unharmed.I charged the battery up,and it still flew the same. That drone'was a great flyer with a crap camera. I still recommend it for someone just learning. Thanks for the video.A question?Does the bugs have a gps database that will prevent it from flying near restricted airspace?Thang you,Captain
Got this one, I like it, but my Fimi x8 se 2020 is my favorite of my hangar. The only thing I don't understand about the companies that make these drones is why they do not follow regular navigational light patterns. The Fimi does, but all my other drones are either green in front or red in front when if they followed maritime or aviation guidelines left or port would be red and right or starboard would be green. From a distance at night you can easily tell where the Fimi is and where it is going because of it.
Camera filters are already made for the newer DJI drones. The camera on the Bugs 4W only has 2MP so picture quality would be too poor to bother with a filter.
it is a very good drone and very good video quality. But I don´t like that it is wobbling and shaking in the video. It had been perfect if there was a video stabilisation in the camera or 2 axis gimbal. Is it possible to mount a 2 axis gimbal ?
Well received mine this week, really stable and nice to fly, very well built as well. Now the bad points over 6 hrs to charge the battery and photo and video quality are really poor. Good beginner drone but don't buy if your looking for good quality video/photos.
Is there a similar drone to this but slightly smaller? I need to inspect building roofs, so 2k-4k camera that can pan down, and a good transmission range so I don't lose signal when I'm on the ground and it goes over the corner of a roof. I travel a lot so something that I can fit in a backpack with my other travel stuff is what I'm looking for.
At the 2:32 mark of the video you powered the drone on. The the video jumped to your calibarating the drone. I cannot get mine to work. I turned the drone on just as you did and then calibrated it as you did but when I tried to calibrated it I didnt get the beeps you got. In addition to that I cant get my drone to take off. I have followed the instructions that you have provided in this video and no luck. I even tried the directions that came with the drone and no luck. I cant even get the camera on my phone connected to the drone. I do connect to the Wifi internet but yet I still cant connect to the camera on the drone to be connected to my phone. This is so frustrating. Please help me get this drone working. Is there a new app for this drone? I dont know what it is .
Yikes... not many people have problems with this drone. You must be very new to drones. - Power on the drone wait 5 seconds - Bind your controller to the drone first by holding the RED button on the controller down while powering on the controller (you only do this once and never again) - Now turn on your phone and search for the Drone's WIFI Signal. Your phone has to be a WiFi 802.11ac phone. Connect to the wifi signal. - NEVER open the APP before you connect to the wifi signal. Now that you are connected, open the APP. - You have to be outside for the next step (compass calibration). Spin the drone 3 times horizontally and 3 times vertically as I did in the video. - The bottom lights should be solid. - Put it down and either pull the Joysticks out or push the RED button on the controller. If none of the above works... Get someone else to read these instructions and try it.
@@CAPTAINDRONE798 Thanks for the quick response Captain,LOL I am not that new to Drones. This is my 5th one. I understand all those steps you just named but it wasnt working. LOL I repeated it last night and it worked. The only thing I am having trouble with now is getting the video on my phone once I get everything going. Crazy thing is the video will not appear on my phone(Pixel 3a). It just continues to say "Not connected" but it will still fly. However when I use a different phone Galaxy s7 it works fine and the video appears and the phone is connected.I wonder what that isabout. My Pixel 3a is my main phone that I use for all my drones however this one it just doesnt show video. It will connect to the Wifi of the drone but it just wont show the video.
Hi mate, another great bugs drone by MJX, this will definitely be popular.. i think its a awesome looking drone and i love the look, style and features on the controller, i do personally think MJX made a slight mistake though by not have EIS on this drone or even just a better lens to give slightly better video quality, MJX make fantastic drones that are reliable but what lets them down a little is there camera quality, i know these are not very expensive drones, but still they could add better video performance, as this video quality for 2k video or even 1080p its not that great. BUT that being said though this is still a great drone and i like it a lot, i think it will be a great drone for people who want to start getting into higher quality drones, but cant afford, yuneec, parrot or dji.. thanks for the great review as always mate. Happy rc-ing..
I recently received my 1st drone, a MJX Bugs 4W. This was on your recommendations. No pressure. And a great deal of research. I have several phones that I have upgraded from that I wanted to ask if they are of the proper WIFI setting, Can I use the older phones if they are not connected to the cell towers?
Always been impressed with MJX products and looks like another good one . I checked and found you can get 2 batteries and the bag at $239.00 US . Very reasonable cost on this one ! Thanks Captain ! 😁👍👍
Like the way it handles seems like a good drone for the price. However the camera quality is an overall let down. And the stabilization for the camera isn’t as good either. But hey it’s toy grade. Shouldn’t judge it too hard.
I wasn't being sarcastic with you Captain. I was just upset. And I did watch a video that a guy had the same problem. He said that he had to download an earlier version and it worked. I do love watching your videos and I get a lot out of them. Continue doing what you do Captain.
Thanks for the review. I enjoy your videos, your comments and insights are greatly appreciated. I just ordered the JJRC X11 which is the same as this one just branded under a different name. Should be a lot of fun to fly and experiment with the camera as I plan on taking it on trips with me. That, and your captain drone coffee mug too.
For the price, with no gimbal and image stabilization, and coming from MJXRC, it is exactly what I expected. MJXRC produces good video, but they always have a low frame rate. I would have prefered 30 FPS, but so few GPS drones in this price range actually film at 30 FPS.
@@CAPTAINDRONE798 Thanks for the answer! I have seen on the official website Bugs B4W can record 30 fps. It seems Bugs B5W has better video quality so B4W is a good drone for this price, but I'll wating for the next gen.
It is what it is. Take it and enjoy it. Most of us can't enjoy the privilege of affording a high dollar drone. We just go with what we can afford. Thanks for everything.
This is a long shot but I was hoping for a bit of advice. How much weight do you think this drone could lift. I need a drone to carry fishing bait out from the beach. Big baits for Sharks, I've seen videos of making diy carry this for this sort of drone but my biggest obstacle is ability to carry the weight. Any advice is welcome thanks
So I am late in the game for flying drones but opted to buy the Eachine EX3 which is same as the Bugs 4W. It's been great. The only issue I have is with the follow me. It doesn't seem to follow me. The points in the opposite direction and hovers. Any ideas? I calibrated before flying
Thanks for the review Captain Drone. Can I use a phone without service with the controller? I have a Galaxy S8 I no longer use. It works with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth but doesn't have service connected.
Hello, Iam from malaysia and I really enjoyed watching your drone review I hope from your video I can get a many knowledge about drone. *sorry for my bad english.
Thx. Excellente Review chef! Love your eye-contact, the positive direct (no bullsjit) talk to your viewers,,, and the no "remember to press the..." attitude.. Think i'm gonna buy this drone. The Spark is to expensive, and this looks like a perfect first time outdoor drone.
Hey Cap'n EXCELLENT intro review as always. If MJX put in a 3 axis gimbal and improve the camera for about $50-%$100 extra...this drone WILL DEFINITELY compete with Dji, Parrot, Autel, Hubsan and Xiaomi.
@@CAPTAINDRONE798 * EDIT Yes I can see the drone's wifi but when I try to connect, it says 'wifi may not be available' and there's an exclamation mark beside my wifi symbol. I ignored this and opened the bugs app anyway and could see the camera on my phone screen, so maybe it is working? I don't know
At least you have some laws that are not biased I'm angry at my country because they took my drone away because of its weight damn it realy is bad😾 and also of its performance at least at the USA i'll be able ti align myself with the rules because I know that they are not corrupt
Great, great review! Between the 5w and 4w, what would you say is better? Based on your reviews, it seems like the 4w is better and the camera footage looks nicer on the 4w in my opinion despite the 20fps.
my first learning drone is a 2w bugs that I still use are excellent drones I see that they have improved camera and also optical sensors good range also and at that price point looks good 👍🏻

@@DuaneMcDaniel Perhaps remove the opposite arm and see where the wires go
Hello Captain, I just ordered my MJX Bugs 4 W from Geekbuying and used your code for a discount, I watched all these links and decided on this one.
You can fly for as long as you have batteries. The motors and electronics don't mind flying over multiple batteries.
Hi from the UK. I'm new to drones and buying one for my soon to be 13 year old daughter. I've learned so much watching this. Thank you
Your manner is so pleasing and your delivery so smooth!
Welcome to the channel & happy flying!
Just added a gopro session4 mounted under the Bugs and BAM! killer setup for my purposes.Love this drone. Its so easy to fly. also adding a wifi repeater to hopefully minimalize the video feed dropouts.
Could you do a video on how. I'm new to this hobby and just ordered this drone.
What is the best app to fly my shoX recon drone
Because of your recommendation, I just bought this drone. This is my third drone and it is the best so far.
QUESTION: My drone has a blue top and yours a black, does this mean anything?
Soeme say store your batteries half charged, other say full charge, your opinion.
Should be no difference. If not using a battery for a month, store at half charge.
I would appreciate your consideration and any guidance. thank you
The drone takes a CLASS 10 micro SD Card at the size of 16 gigs.
CAPTAIN DRONE , thank you so much for your feedback. I very much appreciate all your knowledge and video’s. I will get a 16 gig class 10 and see how it goes. Keep up the great reviews.
Can anyone tell me what the FEMA S4 model number actually is, this product is on AliExpress. I would appreciate any help. Thank you
Good to know. The same is true with the DJI SPARK motors. I hard landed on ice last winter and a motor came loose. Glued it back in place.
Thanks for the reply back. I forgot about the landing lights. They are very bright. Works very well.
I've been waiting for this. Thanks
I picked up the drone after watching this video and I have no regrets. Flight times are awesome and quality is excellent, especially given it's price.
how does it compare to F11? or MEW4?
I avoid people when flying drones so I come out in the early morning when people are still sleeping.
Yup... Definitely gonna be most popular toy grade drone. Great review as usual 😁👍🏼
MJXRC BUGS 4W vs. DJI Mavic Mini?
You are awesome and I always can count on you for a honest review.I love MJX.They give you the most bang for your buck.I like having range to explore areas
MJX is a good Company. My first Drone was a MJX X101 nd it flys like the first Day.
One of the greatest drones
I have one and enjoy learning on it it's a good drone my son crashed iy the other day and with some new propellers flys just fine. I found out on the orbit mode you can go down to 1 meter which is very cool. Now I'm getting use to my Zino pro which I got the other day
Great video as always and I want to love this drone but the camera quality don’t look any bettter than my bugs 2w,I know this ain’t DJI but it’s £200 in uk (with 3 batteries) and that’s a lot for a poor image drone imo.
In real life the video quality is MUCH, MUCH better.
TH-cam cannot process 2k
Image quality is all important. Better to buy a used drone on Ebay with decent picture quality.

Buy Used electronic stuff in 2019?
I think it's gamble, especially when you don't know how much lifespan left in the batteries and to replace them you pay the difference in price of a new one
And that considering the drone never got dropped or received no shocks as electronic stuff is very sensitive
Consider also every 6months a new version of drone is out at a fraction of cost
Etc
Etc
Etc
Capt drone I added a long range antenna to my hubsan 501s transmitter is it necessary to add a antenna to the drone itself cuz it seems to work for quite a distance
I have not seen the small drones with extra antennas. It could make a slight difference.
Awesome job on this review, thanks for sharing. I'll be that guy to test it's maximum range, coming soon on my channel... just as soon as mine arrives. The demand for this bird was so overwhelming that the factory is now back logged!!! Like #462
Lots of people wish to see MAX range, so your review will be popular.

😎👍
That thing looks pretty solidly built and everything works 😃👍.
I like it when i see people in there 40s 50s 60s and so on are enjoying or having fun with toys
@Sa Nafiz I have no idea. I am not a store & I do not ship items.
The one in this video would have come from the location shown below the video that takes you to the product.
Thanks Captain, had a feeling this was going to be a nice low cost drone. I ordered one off eBay, it never arrived. I'll try again 👍
Hey thanks for another awesome review. Still disappointed that DJI did not give you anything to give away, considering you do awesome review. Makes me feeling like DJI is a drone market bully lol.
I can't believe this drone doesn't have image stabilization at this price point.
DJI is the Traxxas of the drone market. I refuse to purchase their brand just as I refuse to purchase Traxxas RC vehicles
Is this drone a good choice to be my first drone??? (i have never fly a drone before). Thks in advance
Yes, as shown in the video it is childs play to fly this (super easy).
bro should I fly my drone without having enough satellite? without 7 or 8 satellite, I am unable to control the drone. what do reckon?
In GPS mode I think it requires a minimum of 7 solid satellites.
@@CAPTAINDRONE798 hey bro why the wifi of the b4w not seen in the wifi option in my phone?
@@CAPTAINDRONE798 hey I don't get the bugs or any wifi option for this drone too. What should I do now? Plz tell me
Thought I would give an update on the B4W.
If a drone falls like a rock, the reasons are all the same:
- Motors stopped by operator (red button pressed by accident), on a DJI Drone, operator held joysticks in motor sop position in flight.
- Prop flew off
- Battery came disconnected (not properly seated)
No matter the drone, those are the reasons.
Thanks
Dave.
For a drone that will be mostly used for aerial filming, they should have included image stabilization.
I have one and the only problem is the camera stabilization
@@potatoplayz5063 Hey, how has the drone been so far?
@@ChuckRage it's great, it flys so nice and smooth, and the features like return to home etc. Work so well with no problems. The camera is nice , but can be a little bit shaky when flying in windy weather, overall it's a great drone and I reccomend buying it.

What's the realistic range and flying time. Thanks
Yep definitely going to be in my bugs family collection I’m thinking awesome review sir I’m really loving ur channel I’m hooked 👍
I’m considering getting one of these drones, thanks for the video.

@@belovedLion80 did you get it?? I'm considering getting this one or sg906 beast pro
Has anyone tried putting camera filters on a drone. That drone looks amazing. Another brilliant video as always
Yes, X103W I believe, but it is small and is affected by winds. Don't expect great stable camera footage.
In my opinion the hubsan Zino is the best becuase it has all the features of a mavic aside from cheap plastic for only 400 ish
Thank you for this video, whats the difference between this drone and jjrc x11?
Been waiting 3 weeks for a proper English review on this one!!
- Power on the drone wait 5 seconds
- Bind your controller to the drone first by holding the RED button on the controller down while powering on the controller (you only do this once and never again)
- Now turn on your phone and search for the Drone's WIFI Signal.
You can use any phone you wish and it does not have to have a cell service. But your phone needs to be able to connect to the drone at 802.11ac WIFI.
I truly don't get it. If it's an 2k camera so why it shoots like an 144p?!
its just low fps
Always been impressed with MJX products and looks like another good one . I checked and found you can get 2 batteries and the bag at $239.00 US . Very reasonable cost on this one ! Thanks Captain ! 😁👍👍
Don't waste your money. The camera is terrible, 2 MP. Spend more and get a DJI spark with 12 MP.

Thanks for the review! What do you think about the video quality? It seems terrible for a 2K cam.
I think I've decided to get this drone. Good review.
It would not work for what you intend to use it for... such drones cost $2000 US and up.
better than sjrc f11?
Oh yes.
No, the sjrc f11 is far better
So I am late in the game for flying drones but opted to buy the Eachine EX3 which is same as the Bugs 4W. It's been great. The only issue I have is with the follow me. It doesn't seem to follow me. The points in the opposite direction and hovers. Any ideas? I calibrated before flying
The problem is your phone. Your phone is telling it you are standing elsewhere. Do some research on how to calibrate the compass in your phone.
If only it had a 3 axis gimbal they would sell like hotcakes. But 2K at 20 fps is strange...
no chance at this price range
