I did my first zip fly placket with the Arthur pants and it took the fear out of it with the very good instructions. Really interesting make indeed, and as you said great for summer, I made them in a lighter summery fabric and yeah just a bit different, feels fashionable when worn, a bit more daring in terms of the cut.

I think those trousers that curve/bow out at the sides, I have heard them referred to as 'bob pants' :)
The pants look so different and cool. I am unsure if I can pull it off with my frame, though
