I love the Barberry jacket. Very suitable for my large derrierre!! That last dress looks very interesting. I quite like the wavy seam just below the waist. For me the loose smock style dresses are out. Too much like the maternity dresses I had! Having said that though, I have seen one somewhere where there was shirring at waist level changing the look of the dress. Also an option with a stretch belt. I thought those were good ideas. The Itch to Stitch top is lovely. I do like her patterns. Thanks for another very interesting look at new pattern releases.

I am currently making the Bali dress. The pattern is so well developed. Makes me feel grownup as the seam allowance is minimal and varies. Deemed an intermediate make and I agree unless the novice is working with somebody holding their hand. Comfy and useful staple for summer.
The Gothenburg top from itch to stitch is like a pattern from Butterick that I have had for years and just stared making it recently I just used the other version on the pattern ✂️🤔 have a lovely Easter

Johanna Lundstrom has written a book about making Jeans and it is very very precise and illustrated at every step. She also has referred to making jeans in many of her vlogs on TH-cam under The Last stitch. I have her Master the Cover Stitch Machine book and I can vouch for her dedication to detail. It would be worth talking about it on your site even though it is not a recent publication.
