On the knitwear front, I bought some amazing lambs wool cable knit sweater fabric last year. Real wool knitted fabric, like an actual proper sweater. It came from Fabric Godmother, and I see she has some in again, and Croft Mill has some too. It's not cheap, but neither are wool sweaters. Please go and buy it all so I can't!
Loved this! The traitors is the best, imho, and ditto Claudia in it 😍 Amazing pattern finds, Kate 👏👏 and hopefully you enjoyed the last episodes 💖 On a tangent, as you mentioned your previous life as a knitwear pattern designer, it made me think.... What about a q&a video on the foldline team. Obvs nothing personal, but who did what before the foldline? How did you meet? How you got into your previous jobs etc. 🤔😍
Love this! I think you should watch the Canadian Traitors edition. The host there has the most over the top eccentric amazing outfits and i would love to get ideas for patterns!
What fun, obsessed with Claudia's outfits in The Traitors. Haven't loved this season's looks as much, and they've gone a bit mad with the budget this time. Some of the clothes she's wearing are so expensive, so good to get some inspo to make my own versions. Thanks FL xx
I can't understand what they were going for 😂 I don't like animal prints in general, but in theory I can see the appeal of something like leopard (wild, cat, on a hunt maybe?) but what even are the associations with giraffe? Tall, goofy, very long tongue....?
How many people here have shown a jumper or shirt pattern to a bloke who then hates it because they don’t like the color of the yarn, or fabric of the shirt? It’s the same with people who look at a house to buy and decide they hate it because they don’t like your furniture
Tv series sound interesting...I have a streaming thing for my TV that gets every channel everywhere... Curious what channel is this on and what time in UK timezone??? Thanks for any info
Ann Ringstrand @annringstrand_design Winterfell skirt from one of her Sew books (the second one I think) is a much closer match to the kilt Claudia Winkelman wore,
I love these sorts of videos! Do more of them! Thanks for sharing.❤

My favourite feature on the Fold Line, thanks!
I love these videos where you show patterns to recreate the looks from tv and movies.

Thanks Kate, really enjoyed that. I also loved seeing what Francesca was wearing each day..
Thanks for all the work and sharing :-) For the cape I'd choose the Clematisse Pattern Capucine

Excellent Kate. Interesting to see comparative patterns and how they were put together.
I sewed myself a faux fur giraffe lined cape and matching giraffe skirt when I went away to university in 1968!!!!! Styling!
Love love love. Lol I have been looking at things for outfits as well. Cool
Thank you so much for this great pattern collection ❤

For the cape/poncho have a look at Itch to Stitch "koersel cape".
That was fun! Thanks!
Super video Kate 🦹
That crazy skirt is actually was avail in H&M in October. Toke pictures of it to recreate. The lace frill is actually in vertical strips
This WAS fun! I would LOVE to see some recreate pattern suggestions for the lovely clothes that Princess Catherine wears. Any one else?
I’ve never thought of myself as a triple threat, but I do all three as well
One of the Big 4 has a newish raglan sleeve coat/jacket pattern.
You need to watch previous seasons and the usa and Australian versions haha sooooo cool watching ....great vid thanks
Downtown jacket from pattern emporium would fit the shacket.
Could you do Frankie’s wardrobe also?
