I’ve been a mechanic at Sunbelt rentals for a year now. I work with all of A lot of these machines . I’m 23 years old and your videos are probably the best thing I’ve found on TH-cam. Thank you for taking the time to actually teach. Cause guys like me watching this video it gives us knowledge about stuff we haven’t run in to yet cause we haven’t had the experience

You could be the best bobcat mechanic in the USA I’m so envious of your truck with the crane. You are gifted at making these videos so interesting really appreciate your level to detail

Every single video that you have made is been such a great help when it comes to working on these machines. We have a few dealers in the area that would never touch a job like this they would rather sell u a reman motor.Cannot thank u enough for this information

I'm really impressed you manage to tear down the motor without all the fancy tools we have inside the factory.

I work at a bobcat dealer and I always recommend a new motor, rebuilding just isn't worth the risk and the time to do it. I don't recall ever rebuilding/resealing smaller motors but we do get t300's t740's 770's ect every once and a while that customers will drop off and probably 75% of the time they are full of dirt and just arent worth saving, and the ones that are we usually can get them to buy a whole new motor just because after labor and parts you arent far off from a brand new motor that you know as the customer will last

Holy cow. That was super cool. Thanks for going thru that nightmare. I agree hydraulics is just, black magic. Fluid under pressure can do amazing things, if controlled just right. Thanks again, very educational and eye opening.

I like watching people take apart stuff that are competent and know exactly what they're doing. They make it look so easy. Like that old man that there's those Transmissions apart in 10 minutes.
Do you ever work on New Holland skid steers Drive Motors? Ls180 to be exact? LOL

Thank you for the great Tear Down video. Did you ever complete the Video on the rebuild? Would be interested to see how you press the case back together.

Your videos have already helped me so much. I have a quick question though, will re sealing my drive motors on a t650 solve the problem of the hydralics getting stiffer after the machine warms up to temp?

Great vid!! Thx. I agree hydraulics is like black magic to me. I'm pretty mechanically inclined, so i under stand the actual working of the hardware, but add fluid under pressure, and all bets are off!!! Lol!!
Do you change the oil in those motors every 500 hours or 1000 hours? Thx.

    Whats your advise, I have a 2007 t250.
Seems to be pretty whiny noise when moving. Is that a an indication of drive motor going out.
I plan to change the oil outta the motor.

  • @Fermin817

Does it need to be pressed back together? When reassembled or does it just slide together? Trying gather information before I attempt

Thanks for all your helpful information. Question for you if you could help out. I have a 2011 e32 m series mini ex. I have code c4322 come up for low load sense pressure. What could cause this? Also my 2 speed isn't working and auto idle will idle down when code goes away but doesn't come let the machine come back up in rpm's after until i turn it off.

I don’t understand how a totally reman motor could be less then just parts to rebuild yourself. Is it because they have the parts in bulk so can be done cheaper? Because you have to consider there’s labor involved in a reman too. This world is crazy lol

Wow, what a helpful video! I'm curious, when operating the skid steer the transition between regular to two speed is kinda clunky/rough. Is it okay to switch between speeds while in motion? Will it cause damage?
