Hi, thank you for all these useful and instructive videos. Here I got a Bobcat T595 with 2200 hrs on it , it is hard to steer, something getting extremely hard!! What could be the reason?
I have a 2018 t770 tailgate rear back fans one will work and the other won't then out of no where it will switch fans and the one will come on the other will go off. Fuses are good both fans do work just not the same time . Thank you
Would of been nice if I had seen this video about a month ago. Had to replace that face seal and installed it wrong and it started leaking because it got pinched when I installed it.
When installing the dual cone seal is the special seal installer tool the white circle thing not available for you to buy for the big and small motors for a customer or independent person. I always use it at work
I haven't seen one available for these smaller motors. We used them on the larger finals when I worked with CAT.

Good morning having an issue with a 2014 M series have the code d7542 before I started, then get a code d7518 then shuts down immediately watching some of your videos I think you've had the same issue. Is it the sensor or the bushings?
How much torque do you put on the last 9 hex bolt?
Hi I have t450 leaking hydraulic oil from behind the sprocket would that be from the face seal? All the hoses and everything else is dry

Hi friend I have a question I bought a bob cat 751 and I would like to change the accessory belts the belt that goes from the alternator to the engine I managed to remove it but but the one that goes from the motor to the fan
How concerned should I be with a broken off sprocket bolt stuck in the drive motor? I've tried welding a nut, drilling it out, etc. it just will not come out while on the machine. Don't want to heat it up too much. How would you fix?
Should not be a problem, happens all the time.

Email me a picture of the tag on the auxiliary controller, more than likely the controller has failed due to an internal short that was common on the older version controller.
Thank Replaced the controller and still having this issue does the machine need a relearn?
Did you replace the white auxiliary controller? What was the date code? They do need to be programmed but the code would be different.

Caterpillar has a installer tool for Duo cones. Looks like a piece of leather.
