Love the channel, just subbed. Its weird, I was looking around on line at T590's and your channel came up on TH-cam. Im taking delivery of a 2019 T590 this weekend. Hopefully I won't need to do anything major too it any time soon. It has 425 hours on it and loaded, Im getting older and this will probably one of the last big pieces of equipment I buy so I wanted all the comforts.

Does anyone know the torque specs for the T750 sprocket nuts?

Hey there! How did you break your rib?

    • @fitzsfixes

The pry bar I'm using is a heavy concrete breaker. I pryed on the track just like at 26:20, and smashed the knob end into my ribcage. Sucked!!

Hey, come on man.... You are a smart guy.... You haven't learned to check to make sure you can get your fill plug out BEFORE you drain? HAHA... I know you decided to commit regardless but that could have been an interesting vid if the fill plug couldn't come out.

Such a terrible design to have to pull the track and sprocket to change the oil in the drives. Cat says 1000hrs on the finals as well but I have oil analysis proving that’s a bad idea. All the techs say 250. 8oz of oil can’t last 1000hrs.
You mentioned notching the sprocket when you thought the plugs were on the front. Couldn’t you still drill an access hole in the sprocket for where they actually are? Doesn’t look like it would be hard at all to pull the plug and drain the bottom with the track on if you had a hole drilled and could access the plug. And you could fill from the side with a a little hose on the end of the bottle going into the drive.
