    දේශක තුමණි, ඔබ ඉදිරිපත් කරන කාරනා ඉතාම වටිනා නිසා නැවත නැවතත් බලමි. නමුත් ඒවා බැලීමේදී අප ලොකු අපහසුවකට පත්වෙන්වා. ඊට හේතුව ඔබගේ වීඩියෝව පුරාවට පවතින ( ඔබගේ හඩ පරයන ) පසුබිම් සංගීතයයි. එය ටිකක් අඩුවෙන් යොදන්නේනම් අප වෙත කරන්නාවූ මහත් උපකාරයකි. ඔබට ජය ශ්‍රී !!!.

    Very good points being made by you to lead a healthy and younger looking life. Cultivating a positive mindset is so very important to achieve this.
    Just a thought...
    When it comes to food preparation, in general, it's good to limit fried food but Sri Lankans do like using oil in some way or another. Olive oil is a very healthy oil but is not a good oil to use for frying/ deep frying as high heat destroys it's value because it doesn't have a high smoke point. It is good to use on salads and to cook on low fire. But Sunflower seed oil and Canola oils are highly processed refined oils which aren't very healthy for you. Better options are Virgin oils such as virgin Coconut oil and another option is Rice bran oil which has a high smoking point that is suitable for cooking in high temperatures.
    Virgin Coconut oil is better for you in moderation and it's readily available at a lower cost.
